We've never had issue here until today. Our meals took forever to come out. My breakfast potatoes were still raw and crunchy and the rest of my meal was cold. My daughter was given a chicken salad instead of the chicken salad sandwich she ordered, my husband didn't have his meal done the way it should've been and my mother's meal wasn't correct and hers was cold as well. Our table was not served all together and came out in waves. I told the manager that although our meals took forever to come out I would've overlooked the wait time if our food was delivered hot, correct and all together. The manager stated she would let the kitchen know and we would have it adjusted on our check. The waitress brings us our check and says, "we didn't charge you for the chicken salad and took your daughter's meal off the check." Um....I shouldn't have been charged for the chicken salad because we didn't order one! If anything should have been removed it should've been my and my daughters meals because hers wasn't right at all and she had to wait even longer for them to bring hers and mine was cold and my potatoes were still raw! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience and management should be ashamed of themselves for acting like they rectified things! We will NEVER go back to this location. If I could give them zero I would. Also, I've waited tables and also worked huge banquets so this is coming from a person who knows the food industry and what is...

Came into the restaurant tonight with my fiance for dinner. I ordered the new Ranch Chicken Pasta Primavera dinner deal, and she ordered the Whale of a Cod sandwich Dinner Deal. When our food came to the table, the cod was minutely overdone, no issues there at all. the Chicken was black on the entire rim of the fillet, and had spots about a half of an inch in diameter of burnt breading on either side of the fillet. i asked for a new one from my server Emily, and she said no problem, i will go put it in. then i was greeted by the manager Lisa who promptly told me that there was no problem with the meal, and that that entree in particular comes out looking darker than the other ones on the menu, and proceeded to tell me that i was incorrect for thinking that BLACK on a breaded piece of chicken was a normal thing. And to top it all off, the table next to us, also being served by Emily, had one of the table's two meals come out lukewarm, and so Lisa decided to comp the entire table's meals, whereas me and my fiance weren't even given a discount, but called stupid and denigrated publicly for wanting a meal...

Nothing to do with the waitress or the establishment, but the hostess ruined this trip for us. We've been to this location multiple times and never have had this type of crappy service before, even at other locations. We put our name down on the list to wait our turn to be seated (party of 2). I noticed after a couple of people that came in after us had been seated that we've been skipped. So my boyfriend went up and told the hostess, who was young and did not have a name tag on that we'd been skipped (not rudely, just hey I noticed we've been skipped our names on the list). She retorted that our name was called and no one came up. We were in the middle of 2 people with different sounding names. We said our name wasnt called as we would have heard it. She then rolls her eyes and says she can seat us now if we want. No apology, just an aura of 'why are you here bothering me?'. I will say it is Sunday, first Steelers game of the season and I was wearing another team's Jersey. If we were skipped because of that then this location isn't anyone should be going to if they're...

It’s a clean, pleasant environment and the servers are helpful/friendly but they royally messed up some of our order. Yes there were small, forgivable details. They forgot two smiley cookies, and my girlfriend’s buffalo chicken wrap had lettuce and tomato (which we asked not to be included) but here’s the kicker: they put BACON in it. Putting bacon in someone’s food even by accident can be a BIG issue if the item doesn’t mention bacon especially because 1. there could be a range of reasons why someone wouldn’t want bacon in their food, many of them very personal and 2. bacon grease gets in the food. If someone’s sensitive to the taste of it, they cannot simply take the bacon off of the food. It’s sad because the rest of the food was actually pretty good, but we can’t see ourselves giving Eat N’ Park a shot after finally doing so.

Pleasantly surprised by our visit here, perhaps because we did not expect much? Our waitress was super efficient and on the ball. She helped guide us through the process of making selections. She came by regularly to refill our coffee and see if we needed anything, and in general took great care of us. Food selection was what you find everywhere, but the kitchen paid attention and everything was done right. Other outlets of this chain should take notes! Finally, there was way too much food provided, so we had leftovers. Oh shucks.

The food was straight up gross. Placed a mobile order, arrived 1 minute after it was supposed to be ready. Sat at the window for 4 minutes until someone came to the window. Get home and I live right up the street and the foods cold and the milkshakes are melted. Can’t even say it’s cause I arrived late when I arrived 1 minute after the scheduled time. Will not return, the banksville location is farther away for me, but a far better one.
