Usually I have nothing but great things to say about any Starbucks location. I have visited the Madison Farm location on numerous occasions. I visited today and order two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee came out quickly, and although I asked for room for milk there was none. Not a big deal. I waited for over 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich. They were not busy- no one ordered after me for at least 5 minutes. Multiple other sandwiches were made and someone that ordered after me had gotten their order. I then told them to cancel the sandwich as I couldnât wait any longer. They looked at me like I had no idea what I was saying and were confused despite me paying for my sandwich. Needless to say I left, having paid for a sandwich and not getting one. The worst part about it- my daughter had wanted the sandwich for breakfast. Thank you Starbucks for the excellent...
Read moreThe biggest reason I made the switch to Starbucks from Dunkin all those years ago was because I wasnât getting milk with a splash of expresso from Starbies like Dunkin did. This is an expresso drink, usually a more brownish color and the drink I got today was basically milk. Every time I come here my drinks get worse and worse. Why am I paying $8 for a drink to come out this gross? Not to mention wait times even when ordering ahead are getting longer and longer. Ordered at 10:18 and didnât get our drink till 10:45 when we pulled up at 10:25. Plus this spilled everywhere because the lid wasnât securely on when it was given to us (other side of cup in picture, also picture was taken as soon as I got it, spilled right after). I donât put in bad reviews and like to give credit where it is due but this is just sad at this point because of consistent slip on quality...
Read moreI'm reading all of these glowing reviews and I am very saddened to say that I have never been graced with the "Starbucks customer experince" that this company has been advertising for multiple years at this specific location. Early this morning, I was unfortunate enough to be told by the worker at the window that she believes the government is making a mistake by opening up restuarants and businesses. I hope management realizes that is is NOT acceptable to have workers at the window complaining that they are open. I will NOT be taking my business to this Starbucks establishment again and I hope I can shed some light on this overrated location. This is not a one time problem situation. Everytime I have come through the drivethrough at Madison Farms, I have been treated with little to no respect each time and my family, friends, and coworkers have...
