Dear Boba — Restaurant in Beverly

I really want to like this place, but every time I've been in it has been severely understaffed. Literally there is just one person working behind the counter at any given time, which means a long wait to order and a long wait for your items. The boba teas themselves are good, but I had a very strange experience trying to try one of their waffles. The menu inside says that one can order a "small waffle with ice cream" or a "large waffle with ice cream." There are pictures here in the Google reviews that seem to show those items! But when I tried to order a small waffle with ice cream, the woman at the counter told me that the menu is "wrong" and there is no such thing available. It...

If all you want is fantastic boba tea with friendly service, this is the place for you. Their menu is extensive, the customizable options are plenty, and prices are good. And the make or break factor with any boba shop is the freshness of the boba. Even though only minutes from closing time, the boba was still perfect!
