The experience I had was very serious and needs to be shared so no one else has to go through it. I have a very severe food dye allergy. It makes eating out difficult. I informed our waiter in the beginning and asked for my margarita to be made a certain way that is safe for me (no mix but fresh lime juice instead) He didn’t want to do it but relented when I explained a second and third time why I need it made that way. It was made with ingredients I cannot have each time I ordered one before being made how I requested (3 margaritas). My burrito also came with shredded dyed tortillas which were not in the description of the food. By the time we ordered food I had explained the severe dye allergy a handful of times and am concerned why this happened. They took it back and two minutes later came out with a new one. Clearly they did not remake a new burrito for me and they simply brushed it off and poured new cheese sauce on it. I was done trying to explain and ate about half of it. My throat and ears stared itching badly which I know is the start of an allergic reaction so I immediately took the liquid benedryl I carry with me (dye free) at the table because I was having a severe allergic reaction within minutes. It worked quickly enough to de-escalate my allergic reaction and my epi pen was not needed. The food is decent but the service I would say was very lacking. I will never go back. Having something so serious be completely ignored is to say the least...

The wait staff is notably friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The food served is of high quality and delicious. Upon entering the establishment, the pleasant atmosphere is immediately apparent. The hostess greets guests promptly and professionally, while our waitress was extremely courteous and accommodating. The menu presented was extensive, featuring numerous appealing options. To begin our meal, we ordered two Ultimate Margueritas, accompanied by chips and salsa, and an appetizer of Takitos de Pollo. The beverages were large and freshly prepared, the salsa was enjoyable, and the Takitos were crafted from scratch, showcasing excellent presentation. Our main courses consisted of Street Tacos with a side of rice and beans and the Pollo Bowl, both of which were prepared from scratch and bursting with flavor. I was impressed with my meal, giving it a perfect score. Read moreSecond time coming to Coco and I've thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Chips and salsa are provided free and are a delicious start to the meal. The horchata is a sweet milky cinnamon drink that I recommend getting. The first time I got the Burrito Biddo (no picture). The second time my husband got the quesadilla birria and I got two tacos: chorizo street and the Coco taco which had coconut shrimp with mango pico and pickled onions. Both meals were served with a tomatillo salsa which was a great addition. The quesadilla had cheese melted on the outside and was filled with birria and it was delicious. The chorizo was the taco I preferred, the Coco was tasty, but a bit sweet with the mango pico and felt like it had a bit too much going on while the chorizo kept it a bit more simple while bringing some spice. The price is great, two soft drinks and two meals before tip was $32. There are more expensive items on the menu and I've heard good things about the dessert. Overall two great experiences and we will keep...
