Terrible Experience – Missing Items & Rude Service

I had a horrible experience at this McDonald’s in Big Bear Lake. I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with extra hotcakes and round eggs, expecting the full meal, but all I received was pancakes, two round eggs, and two coffees—for $25! I had removed the two meat options because I only eat halal, but I still should have received the rest of the meal. There was no hash brown, no English muffin, and later I realized they also forgot the scrambled eggs.

When I went to the front desk to let them know about the missing items, the employee was extremely rude. Instead of simply fixing the issue, she demanded that I bring back the entire bag (even though I had already brought the box of hotcakes). When I did as she asked, she checked it and then accused me of taking the missing items out myself! Absolutely unacceptable behavior!

On top of that, they were stingy with condiments—I only got one syrup and two butters for the pancakes, even though I had asked for four butters, two syrups, honey, jam, and other condiments. I also requested two spoons, two forks, two knives, and a stir stick for the drinks, but they didn’t give me all the items. They gave me all items in a bag instead in a tray. Also my husband didn’t use the male restroom because the floor was covered with pee.

This location is completely unprofessional, poorly managed, and lacks basic customer service. Instead of making things right, they blamed me for their mistake. I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. I definitely DO NOT recommend this McDonald’s—save yourself the hassle and go...

During our recent visit to the restaurant at Big Bear, we decided to place our order using the app, but to our disappointment, the staff informed us that they were out of stock. Apart from this setback, the lack of warm, welcoming vibes from the restaurant team was evident, leaving us with a slightly disheartened feeling. Despite this, it's worth noting that the physical structure of the restaurant itself was quite impressive, as is often the case with establishments in Big Bear. Given the casual and relaxed atmosphere of California, it's not uncommon to encounter instances where customer service may not meet everyone's expectations. In our case, we had primarily visited the area for its many attractions and sights, rather than solely focusing on experiencing exemplary service. Nonetheless, regarding service comparisons, we couldn't help but draw a contrast between the service standards we encountered at this particular establishment and those of familiar fast-food chains back in our hometown, such as McDonald's. Reflecting on our dining experience, we found ourselves longing for the friendlier and more efficient service we typically receive at our local McDonald's branch. The familiarity and consistent quality of service at McDonald's stand out, especially compared to the relatively lackluster service we faced during our time...

So Macdonald's here is full of it,me & my bf was ordering to sausage egg mcmuffin & waiting for at least 10 to 11 mins they made excuse that they made food fresh idk why it took that long and went home took a bite there was a big chunk of egg shell in the egg so how is something fresh & we are going thru crisis of a Corona virus and cant get simple order right without any egg shells The last time i came here full of mexicans that dont do there jobs right 2024 we were at Kiosk and disnt have breakfast menu and asked like within 10 min mark it was 10:30 said they have breakfast this whole mexican family came in at least 10 adults including children hade to wait when we were up that look like 14 mins it and when we got up they guy said there not doing no more breakfast when we waited so long in line when they dont stop breakfast until 11 very bad business here and not give us the business and said we couldnt do the scan for 20% but says on the app u can do it in front counter but he said no only on mobile app to pick it up.Oh ans forgot to last time i bought sausage egg gave...
