Stopped by to try to get something to eat with my family. I will first say that the place was filthy and we had to wipe off our table all tables were dirty although there were no customers. The server with black and green braids had an attitude. She was very short with us and not friendly she definitely wasn't patient, didn't give us time so we can think of what to order. Then I told her I had the buy one get free coupon on the app and she clearly didn't wanted to make the order when I asked she just said that they haven't received the order when I was charged on the app. The worst customer service by the manager which of course they didn't wear no name tags. They are not a clean restaurant aren't professional and they need to work on there customer service skills if you want to continue to run a business, you should do the best go above and beyond for the customer because without customer's you don't have a business. The workers inside refused to wear name tags or give names. Nothing but attitude from the start. They don't give you no napkins and also had an accident a spill of one of our drinks, and apparently, they don't have any towels for spills. They just gave me napkins I'm like really. I received an online receipt for my order saying that it was being made and would be ready at 4pm as I requested. When I called the store to verify that they had received my online order I spoke to a very rude person who said she had not received my order and couldn't make it until she received it online. She also said that sometimes the store never receives the online orders. I asked who the owner was and she said someone named ----, who also owns two other businesses here in Big Bear Lake. When I tried to ask her another question, she hung up on me. I went down to the store in person and showed her the receipt I had received which said that the store had received my order and that it would be ready at 4pm. She said she hadn't received it and her manager told her she couldn't make the order until she received it online. Earlier, I told her I had a coupon. She shrugged it off. When it was time to pay, I pulled out my card and she said, "scan it." I said okay and scanned my debit card.
