Yesterday I was shopping at Marshalls and this is the best Marshalls I've ever been to. I thought it being up in Big Bear It wouldn't be as much stuff but The selection is absolutely wonderful. It's actually the best one I've been to and then when I was shopping yesterday, I mentioned to my husband I wanted to find some Crocs for my granddaughter and an employee named Jamal over heard me and went out of his way to let me know where they were and then he could see later that I didn't find them so he we/nt and looked himself and found some for me when I didn't even ask for his help. He was so very helpful and very nice. I might have spelled his name wrong if so I'm sorry. I just had to mention that they have a wonderful employee .. He went out of his way a few times for me without even asking him and he's such a very nice person. Definitely going back as much as possible. Great deals great employees what more can...

Just what the mountain needed. We as locals are so happy to have the convenience of the store. The 3 star review is because of the following. Very sad when you hear about employees that work there worry about going into work due to who the management is going to be working that day and how they are going to be treated. Sad working environment for them. And it shows at times by the looks on their faces while shopping the store. Also have heard some guy working there talking down to his fellow workers in a degrading manner. The world needs...

So glad this store is up here! I remember when K-Mary was built here and Big Bear had done a great job with this location! The store is fresh, clean, and well kept!
