So I left five stars because I've always had good experiences at this establishment, and food, including this visit, Which has always been above par Other than the gentleman i dealt with today. Now to be fair I know I'm sort of a shady looking dude when I'm on my day off because I'm not stressing to impress anyone Anyways. On this day I actually got a small breakfast and then came back hrs later because I was in the area again and was craving a burger. During my second visit back I was lingering a little longer than usual but that's because I was trying to download their app to get a coupon and I kept getting interrupted by multiple text messages forsomewhat important matters. I was approached and told if I wasn't ordering that I need to leave in which time I informed the one gentleman in question that I was planning on ordering and just needed a little more time but would leave if not ordering from there I just sort of got a really shity attitude from this one gentleman working this shift and even tried to make jokes and small talk to rectify the situation in which I got a cold response each time but I get sometimes you're busy and don't have time for banter. It wasn't anything world ending and I probably sound like a Karebut I was sort of treated very unfriendly and with shity Attitude from the get-go and just thought management would like to know the tall thin gentleman working the front register can have some customer service Refreshers on how to possibly treat guests in the future period and not assume because someone is dressed in work like atire does not mean they are homeless or going to cause an issue. Also he argued with me over the fact that I wasn't allowed to have more than two packs of mayonnaise....... even when I asked for two packs for my burger and two packs for my fries. BTW I'm sorry this rant went on for so long and I'm sorry for anyone who possibly has to read this LOL, i know it's a drop in the cosmic button and means. I do not wish unemployment on anyone just maybe a little positivity training because you never know what someone is going through in their day or week or month, or life........ BUT I know no one will lose their job bc I was outside on my phone again (in the parking lot) and forced to leave one last time bc I accidentally tried to open a vehicle that wasn't mine by ACCIDENT( same make/ model /year aaaaand color.) Honest mistake since I was busy writing this review lol. Anyways I waas 110% completely cordial and I just didn't understand why they were so quick to be rude and kick someone out who bought breakfast and lunch there. I guess...
Read moreDisgusted with my last 2 visits. 1st one was about a week ago. Hubby and i and our 1 year old son went through the drive through. we ordered the 2 for $5 original chicken sandwiches and a medium fries, only to be told our total was gonna be 10 dollars and some odd cents. How is it 10 dollars if we ordered the 2 for $5 and a medium fry is like a dollar something? Ridiculous. So we get up to the window and the teenaged girl was rude when we commented that we wanted the 2 for $5 deal as we asked for 3 times while ordering. our food was very poorly bagged. the fries were super cold, tasted almost as if they went straight from the freezer to a box and then salted. nasty. the fries were all over the bag too. I worked at mcdonald's and let me tell ya, i never allowed food to be bagged so poorly. 2nd time we went to this location was yesterday evening, roughly about 530pm. It was me my husband and our young son. Hubby ordered the 2 for $6 whoppers, 3 of the 10pc nuggets with ranch, and then i ordered the bacon and cheese whopper meal (combo number 3) with NO PICKLES. Even said no pickles on our receipt. We got our food only for my burger to be LOADED with pickles. I pulled about 6 pickles out of my burger while eating it. Luckily our son likes pickles. My husband's 2 whoppers were very poorly made. The tiniest dot of mayo, a few tiny pieces of lettuce, 2 tiny pieces of tomato, and just a huge sloppy mess. He didnt even want to eat it but he was hungry so he ate it anyway. While we were sitting and eating, i noticed one of the male managers go back to assemble some burgers and he was grabbing the hamburger patties with his hands! and then proceeded to touch the lettuce and tomatoes and other condiments with the same hands! no washing in between! I'm VERY OCD about people touching my food. Thank god that manager did not touch my food or i would have sent it back and demanded it be remade with gloves. That is just nasty and i feel terrible for the poor customer whose food was made by that manager. Not to mention there was 2 other managers, one with really long red hair not put up as it should be, who were joking around by front counter while there were 3 customers waiting to order some food. looked right at them and turned away to stare at the monitor of orders. Ridiculous. I highly recommend to anyone to stay away form this location. I love burger king but i will not be giving this location my business if this is how they allow their...
Read moreThe Burger King franchise is not going to survive in Billings. Every single one of them is closing, slowly but surely. Even the one in the Heights can't get its act together. Downtown 27th Street - CLOSED. Grand Avenue - CLOSED. Shiloh Road - CLOSED. King Avenue West - BARELY open.
There's nothing more frustrating than driving into this place, seeing there is no one in the lobby, being the only car in the drive through and being told to wait with NO CARS IN FRONT OF YOU AND NO ONE EATING INSIDE. Told to pull forward after taking orders with no one behind you, due to "racetrack" scores.
The manager and owner of this establishment needs to understand this: either get your act in gear, or close this place down. Filthy floors, counters unwiped, garbage - being told to wait when you go inside because the drive-through is slow as hell, and getting the same 3-minute wait.
This used to be the best Burger King in Billings, and now it's easily the worst. Give your employees the training and support they are desperately looking for and get in the trenches with them. Get a system in place for cleaning the tables. Pay your employees what they're worth and give the decent benefits.
To the manager and the owner of this place - treat your employees right, give them better training, pay them well, give them benefits worthy of their work and get in the trenches with them. The days of sitting in the office playing Solitaire on the computer will catch up with you. You are doing a disservice to the community, but worse you are letting down your employees who actually make the money to support you. Make change, or let economics make changes for you.
Heed this warning about your poor management, or expect a Montana Lil's or a Lucky Lil's or some other "Lil's" casino to buy you out and add another casino in a town that is already too...
