I was walking,to KFC. Saw Jimmy Johns And they open. I spoken,went to counter TO order it was 10:35AM.I was the only customer in Their. The order taker at the register,Deonte.Act like He didn't what to help Me or take,my order. I ask what they had. He wasn't help-ful AT all.and when I ordered A sandwich, he was Rude.He didnt.speak,up IT was like he was ,mumbling. Their were 3 employees there. Their were more,intersted. In,talking to each other. If there was a zero star, this place would have earned it. My wife and I walked in on Sunday 7-17-22 around 12:30 to order 3 sandwiches for our family. Immediately we noticed at least 8 people waiting for their orders, so we figured we were in for a wait, but we were the only ones at the counter, so no big deal. The two girls working there never acknowledged us when we walked in, which is ok, they’re obviously busy making sandwiches. After 5 minutes of no acknowledgement from these two, even after they came over to the cash register, which we were standing literally 4 feet from them, no acknowledgement. By now, the line behind us is out the door. No acknowledgement, nothing, to us or anyone else who walked in ….zero. Well, they got what they wanted… we finally left and went to Jersey Mike’s 2minutes away. They were happy to see us, made our sandwiches, and treated us 5000x better than JJ’s. It’s a shame because I’m originally from Champaign and always had a certain pride going into JJ’s feeling like it was a piece of home somehow. That’s gone now and hopefully your pathetic employees and store on Woodward will be gone soon too! Zero...

I was about to order my sandwich when I looked over at the girls making the sandwiches and I noticed one of the girls hair was touching the food, so I said something to the girl at the front and she went over to tell her, so she adjusted her hair but gave me a dirty look but I was very nice about it. I ordered my sandwich, and as I was waiting I looked back again at the girls making the sandwiches and I noticed another girl grabbed her phone, was using it and then put back in her pocket and continued making the sandwiches with the same gloves.
