Our first road trip together and we found a gem of a coffee shop along the way! My review won’t be much other than the coffee, the atmosphere, and the staff because of our short stop traveling through!

What an amazing experience and well worth being added to our coffee shop list! It was packed, but expected, as it was late Sunday morning when we found it. The WAIT wasn’t unbearable either and the STAFF was very friendly, even for working so much they didn’t shy away from our fun compliments about their amazing latte art! The COFFEE was a gift to my tastebuds! After stopping at several coffee shops along our roadtrip, several of our expectations where shattered with coffee beans that had a slightly burnt or over roasted taste and we just weren’t a fan of that, so when we tasted some very rich but flavorful coffee from JUNE, we were both very happy! It’s a great PLACE indoors and outdoors! Apparently dog friendly outside and a good amount of seating too! That’s about all I can offer for our first time there! Traveling through Birmingham I scoped out this place on Google. Plenty of street parking and a side parking lot made it an easy place to stop with my children. Walking up the place is fairly small with about 10 tables with chairs inside. The vibe is bright but very relaxed. The baristas were very patient with customers in front of me and were extremely helpful to their requests. The barista was friendly, knowledgeable, and was fun to interact with. They have their own roasted coffee which I snagged a bag and gave almost polished off their Ethiopian natural. Our cortados were nearly perfect, and the roasted coffee was easy to work with and ranked higher on the list of places that I marked June coffees beans.

In summary this place is solid, the staff are great, the vibe is relaxed and comforting, the product is great from the prepared coffee to the beans themselves. My only suggestion would be to add a pair of sun sails outside to extend your seating more comfortably.
