So TBH I was shocked at the price but pleasantly surprised at the taste. I wish I could have a burger 🍔 and Ill be back for my son to try them. To clarify the styles of your bun is based on a burger price. I ordered the Westside pic shows fish but you pay $1 more for a different protein. The fries and onion rings are homemade al a carte. OMFG best onion rings Ive had in decades. Im a sauce gal but they dont have a homemade ranch 😭. Id plan to take my sammich to go and it didn't make it out the door. The coleslaw is a little sweet but I liked it. YES I added bacon to a fish sandwich with coleslaw, mustard, ketchup and hot sauce. Didn't even get a second pic. Next time 😆. No posted menu of desserts but I also ordered the Kitchen Sink cookie which was really good; I 💜 a soft cookie. I ate one and will be able to share those 😆. My son’s father and I found On a Bun through two different TikToks, and both hyped it up—rightfully so! The menu is a 10/10. You can mix and match any style with any meat, so the sandwich combos are truly endless.

I ordered the 4th Ave with catfish, and he got the Southside with catfish. Let me tell you, the 4th Ave with catfish and the spicy yam soufflé sauce is a 100/10. Most restaurants either miss with the mac or the greens (or both), but On a Bun nailed it—the mac & cheese and greens can hold their own. And the yam soufflé? The cherry on top.

Each sandwich tasted like it was made with love. The presentation was beautiful, and Crystal’s customer service was top-tier—she’s warm, personable, and makes you feel right at home.

On top of that, the playlist was dope too. Good eats, good music, good food, and great customer service—what more could you ask for?

First, the customer service is top notch. The cashier was so friendly and everyone seemed to be in a great mood. The food was so good. Made to order so it was very hot and fresh. I got the catfish on the 4th ave and it came with greens and Mac&cheese on it. I had the onion rings and my son got the fries. They were both delicious. The lemonade and the citrus juice was good too. A little too sweet for me but I enjoyed it still. The cookies!! Get the cookies. You need the cookies even if you think you don’t.
