Sooo.... i am used to shops in downtown bham/southside and this store is completely opposite in the best way. The lovely man who owns it is so sweet and always willing to answer any questions, even if you have no intentions of buying anything at the time. He will steer you in the right direction if you have chosen a product that he believes he might have a better version of, whether or not the price is less or more expensive. He always remembers me and we joke about my clumsiness of breaking things and he is always looking out to show me better products that will last longer for me....haha. He is just overall the best. The chick who works when my main man isn't there is also crazy helpful. She is super honest and makes sure you are actually getting what u want and will often give personal opinions that are sincere in nature. I wouldn't go here expecting to learn anything other than patience. I cant speak for the whole staff however the one gentleman i dealt with showed an obscene lack of knowledge to the point of ruining a both a tank and coil while trying to demonstrate the device. Furthermore demonstrating his overall demeanor was the attempt to relate to me by making fun of previous customer who had the same problem with her device that i was having. Really.!?..im sure it was because she was..what was it he said "just one of those people wanting something free" I cant elaborate as to what one of those people might mean however i know i like free stuff too,😆 I was lucky enough to have found an amicable solution to my problem by spending more money on a higher priced device at the store and swapped out the faulty mod for it. If you can afford high priced goods this is your place, awesome stuff of ALL kinds- but I think the price is a problem, the owner seems to want to work with people who are interested though price wise & I believe he will given you talk to him-& an employee I spoke with, was VERY knowledgeable & SO helpful- if I didn't live so far,I would go back JUST to EDUCATE more so, & probably grab a couple things I'd wanted,LOL but I was rushed out due to an emergency at home so, I couldn't stay long. That being said- GO & LOOK around- talk 2 the staff about the oils & which is right for you! ANYTHING you want- THEY have.
