Sloan’s — Restaurant in Birmingham

Sloan’s in downtown Birmingham is hands down one of the best bars I’ve ever been to! The vibe is super chill but still has that classy, old-school feel with exposed brick and dim lighting. If you’re into bourbon, this place is a dream come true. They have everything from well-known favorites to rare bottles you won’t find just anywhere.

The bartenders really know their stuff and can help you pick the perfect drink if you’re not sure what to try. The small plates are top-notch too—charcuterie, caviar, and other delicious snacks that pair perfectly with the drinks.

One of the best parts is the outdoor patio. It’s got its own bar, plenty of seating, and even some fun games like darts. Whether you’re here to sip on something smooth, hang with friends, or just soak in the atmosphere, Sloan’s is a must-visit. Five stars...

The vibe was absolutely amazing. It is ideal for an intimate date night or just a good atmosphere to catch up at talk (personal or business). The service was ok. The chef came out & was super friendly. The server started out friendly, however was not very attentive throughout our dining experience. The food was very limited due to them being out of their three popular dishes (wings, shrimp, & deviled eggs). The drinks were watered down according to my friends and the server kept going back to the kitchen saying she was trying to see what the chef could do, however never gave us an answer. I loved the ambience. Maybe it was a bad night. Unfortunately, IDK if I will go back. Also, valet attempted to make me park and pay money when there were plenty of free...

The atmosphere was awesome!! I came to have dinner and drinks with my two friends. After looking at the very limited menu we decided on the wings and deviled eggs, however we were advised by the server that you were out of wings, shrimp and could not make the deviled eggs. Then we ordered the steamy stallion to drink. All I can say is there was nothing steamy about that stallion!!! We were all still hungry...
