A Memorable Experience From Start to Finish!
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so warmly by the staff, even from a distance and it instantly set the tone that this would be a meaningful and memorable experience. Yes, the food is incredible and the menu is beautifully crafted⌠but itâs the people and the culture here that truly set RH Rooftop apart from anything in Birmingham.
As a lifelong Birmingham resident, we finally have not only the most stunning building and rooftop in town, but a place where you can bring guests and know theyâll be blown away. The pride, care, and intentionality is felt in every moment. The GM, Ryan, deserves huge applause and appreciation as you can see how much he cares about making every guest feel seen, known, and genuinely taken care of. The staff works so seamlessly together that you almost feel like youâre part of their team culture. The kind of place you just want to come back to again and again.
The food was outstanding. The sea bass melts in your mouth, the hamachi is so good you wonât want to share, and the crispy artichokes are the best Iâve ever had. The Wagyu was perfection.
A very special recognition to Char and Anikqua in the gallery and rest of the team. All who were so warm, friendly and genuinely excited to share the new RH with us. They made us feel like we were part of it, not just guests. That kind of energy says everything about the culture here. Itâs truly special.

Now the bad, the food was sub-average. There was no rhythm in the flavors or menu choices. The worst part is when you go to similar chain steakhouses or restaurants you can at least sometimes say that was a really good steak, not the best but good. Unfortunately I couldnât even say that even though I got the Australian Wagyu steak. The other dishes lacked flavor depth and intricacies, you can feel the corporate oversight when you look at the menu and taste the food.
Would I come back? Only for drinks with friends because the atmosphere and service were great but not a chance for the food. Hopefully they revamp it because in all fairness this was their first...
