Was referred by two friends who raved about GlamJail and am so happy with my experience. Mina first spent time reviewing my skin with the skin analyzer and then she educated me on what BBL could achieve for my skin from a health standpoint. We then talked about a plan with goals for removing years of sun damage and aging beneath the skin that I didn’t even realize was affecting the surface. This was NOT a typical MedSpa experience or treatment. As someone who loves learning about different treatments, I didn’t even realize what BBL was capable of and am blown away by what it can achieve when done by the right person. I’ve tried many aesthetic treatments and places and have never been wowed by them or the results. I went in just hoping for a little skin refresh…but I walked out feeling so confident, educated, and satisfied knowing that I invested in long term healing my skin from beneath and as a result will look better on the surface. Unprofessional My experience with the Morpheus8 treatment, recommended by Aya and performed by Mina, was disappointing on multiple levels. Despite completing the second session without noticeable improvement, my concerns prompted me to consider cancellation. However, Mina advised me to complete all four sessions, assuring me that the desired results would follow. Unfortunately, during the third session, I encountered an issue that affected my skin. Additionally, I observed undesired changes in my facial appearance. When I sought to cancel my final session and discuss a refund, the clinic declined to refund the $850 session fee and only offered products as compensation. Consequently, I had no choice but to dispute the last session charges. Their response to my concerns was inadequate.
