Like for example the last time he messed up my order I spent about $40 for a Big Carl, a California Classic, a Double Guacamole Burger, and a Single Guacamole Burger. Both guacamole burgers were not there but instead were just regular value cheeseburgers. The Big Carl had no special sauce on it. the California Classic was right. For days I've listened to fast food workers just monotonely do their job. Today was different. I pulled up to the voice box and the voice greeting me was so cheery and so happy that my mood was instantly lifted. He was so kind and just such an oasis of joy. The AI voice taking orders is a unique touch, and even though it can sometimes have a few hiccups (like needing to repeat something or a small mix-up), it’s still impressive how fast and efficient it is most of the time.
But the real highlight is always the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty — just like Carl’s Jr. always is. My order came out exactly right, and the service was friendly when I pulled up to the window.
