⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Culinary Revelation in Bishop, Crearee is Pure Magic!

From the moment you step into Crearee, you know you’re in the presence of something extraordinary. This isn’t just a taco spot, it’s a masterclass in flavor, creativity, and hospitality. Every detail, from the vibrant atmosphere, outdoor patio seating, to the meticulously crafted dishes, speaks of passion and precision.

The tacos here are nothing short of transformative. Each bite bursts with layers of flavor that dance perfectly together, smoky, savory, fresh, and utterly addictive. The salsas are a revelation in themselves: balanced, bold, and nuanced, elevating every taco to an experience that lingers long after the last bite.

What truly sets Crearee apart is the way it marries authenticity with innovation. Traditional Mexican flavors are honored with integrity, yet each dish carries a unique twist that keeps you coming back for more.

The service is equally exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they serve. You leave feeling nourished not only in body but in spirit, as if you’ve discovered a hidden gem that redefines what a taco can be.

Crearee isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience, a celebration of flavor, and a testament to the art of Mexican cuisine. If you find yourself in Bishop, missing this is simply not an option. Prepare to be amazed, delighted, and...

On 4th September 2025 around 3.50 pm, I ordered jackfruit tacos. a waitress/cachier that I learned her name to be Yael??

She made a cynical and demeaning comment of my given name for order (as just giving initial wasn’t enough) I immediately felt “off” and and I was feeling worried she would do something bad for my food. (I am a high sensitive empath)

It has been almost 20 min, food never came. And I was THE ONLY person waiting. I eventually went inside to ask about my order if they forgot or something… and I saw my order being left in front of cache register. God knows how long it was waiting.

Of course it was cold and lost its vital energy.

I will not make an order as long as she is the one taking orders. I feel pity for her, trying to abuse what little power she has; must a be a miserably hateful - powerless person. To the manager; Please fire her, this place deserve better. All other waitresses were extremely helpful in every time I came here. Bricia is the best; she even informs that refried beans have lard in them, this is such an amazing consideration. 5 star to that and all the rest of the crew. But please, this waitress “Yael”? is literally on the opposite direction, a mean, malicious entity trying to take out on customers whenever possible (as nobody is there to watch her?) I hope manager will do something about it to preserve the consciousness...

So glad that this market/restaurant opened! Everything I have had is authentic, fresh, and top-notch! So far, I have tried three types of savory tamales (jalapeno & cheese, chicken, and pork), tilapia ceviche, rice, whole beans, and salsa verde (their medium salsa). All these items are premade and waiting in takeout coolers. Everything has been flawless. So flawless that they do run out of the daily-made tamales by the afternoon, sometimes, so don't wait too long if that's what you're after!

I have also bought fresh produce, household supplies, and Mexican nut bars and frozen fruit bars here. It's a well-rounded market that fills most of my needs.

I haven't yet ordered from their extensive menu of hot, made-to-order food that can be eaten in their outdoor patio space or taken to go. But I know that, when I do, I won't be disappointed!

Oh, and speaking of top-notch, everyone at this true family business gives just that kind of service: helpful, friendly, and going above and beyond.

A welcome addition to the...

This place is very interesting. Semi market, semi eatery and part bar also. The ordering area looks like a reception desk at a hotel while the restroom is one of the nicest restrooms I've ever been in as far as a burrito shop goes lol. Their market has various Mexican items and things like chips, drinks, fruits and veggies. We ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito. It was very big and filling and very tasty, the spicy salsa sauce has a bit of a kick to it but not too spicy. The outdoor seating with benches were nice to have and it looks like it can turn into a bar hangout at night time. The staff was nice and efficient with their food.

This is our lunch stop between LA and Tahoe. It’s a good quality Mexican restaurant and a small market / convenience store in one. The food is high quality. I ordered the chicken burrito and my wife ordered the 3 taco meal with rice and beans. The burrito was good although it was light on the chicken- lots of rice and beans. My wife enjoyed her tacos although she said she got a few chewy pieces. Last time my wife got the birria ramen and she loved it. The eating area is an outdoor space which is really nice although there are bees back there. Could really use some bee traps so patrons don’t get constantly bothered during their meal.
