Ok you might as well know that I base all Mexican resteraunts on salsa, beans and Chile Rellanos. The salsa fresca came standard and was so so, but remember this is Bishop, Ca. Never one to be let down I asked for something hotter and then came the gem. A Salsa Verde so good it would mask any future disappointment to come. But that would prove to be unneeded. The Chile Rellanos was transformative in its delicious preparation. I'm still not sure what that ingredient was that made it so special. That may be because the owner makes such an incredible Margherita with fresh limes that I was epicoursly impaired. Oh yea the refried beans were of course, classic.
