Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Bixby

My daughter and i visit your store 2-3 times a month. many times we take friends and family. the custard is always great and excellent service. Yesterday we went and the service for the first order was great. the gentleman taking the orders and the cash, was very helpful with his suggestions. the lady that made our mixtures did a great job, it was so good we decided to have a second go round. i order the same their monthly special caramel pretzel and clustered mix. there was a different lady mixing if i understood correctly her name was Dani. i ask for extra caramel, when i got my order there was very little caramel and only a few pretzel's. i returned it to the counter and ask for more pretzel's. the first order was full of pretzel's and had extra caramel. Dani began saying i had to pay for more pretzel's. i could not see any pretzel's and could not see any caramel in the cup. i ask for my money back which the gentleman gladly did and apologized for the experience. he tried to explain to Dani that i just wanted more pretzel's. she refused without paying for more. i was given the second mix to take with me. never could taste the caramel and counted six bites...

I have been waiting for months to get a concrete with fresh peaches. I even called in june to see when peaches would be available and I was told July. I finally went by on July 23. An employee was at the to go order sign with an iPad taking orders. When I told him what I wanted he said I could ONLY ORDER PEACHES THRU THE APP. I told him I did not have the App, I had called last month and was told July, I had driven a few MILES to come to their store for a concrete with peaches and I was there to order and pay. Overcharged, staff including manager did not appear to understand the math but eventually refunded the amount I asked for. I had a BOGO for 35 cents concrete, but as you see in the pictured receipt they charged me 75 cents for the second concrete. Today was the last day to use this coupon we received a month ago so I guess no one else noticed this as the manager never really understood my complaint and just gave me a refund of the amount I had to calculate to clear the drive thru.
