12-8-24… Another Wonderful review… We again found the food delicious, & an excellent staff! Some of them were Develin, Kitty & Rico. They all had such a great attitude! Kaden & Ty were so kind & patient, & Felicia always makes us feel so welcome & goes above & beyond to need our needs! Came here for lunch on a suggestion had never eaten at Freddy's before. I was not disappointed at all. The burger Was Juicy and the edges are crisp the pickles we're good but I could have used one more honestly. But that's no big deal. The fries what are the best fries ever had and a good number of years because everybody starts out with good fries and then changes them I hope that doesn't happen at Freddy's. It was fast service I ordered a double steak burger but when I got my order they unfortunately had made it a single but we're more than quick to get it correct. Their jalapeno sauce was absolutely wonderful I really enjoyed my lunch. If you've never eaten here before I would suggest to give it a try at least once you might find like me you really enjoyed it and find yourself going back. Horrendous customer service. I usually never down talk a restaurant especially after shortages and COVID but I just had to this time. We ordered an hour before closing time, and they ended up closing an hour before their posted hours. When I drove up they were already closed and the manager cleaning inside said they'd issue us a refund. We called multiple times over the course of 5 days trying to get our refund back only to be stonewalled by the managers that IT is "working on it". Still haven't received our compensation yet they took our money. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. And if you do let's hope you don't need a refund, because you will not get it.
