If you ever leave valuables at a restaurant do not let them convince you that your item was not left there! Don't just call. Show up in person, speak w/ a manager, make sure they do a proper search/investigation. Don't give up after a phone call. If your item still isn't returned, call a general/area manger and if that doesn't work call the police who might be able to get camera footage evidence.
So my story... Went to U.P. alone. Left my relatively expensive sunglasses there on my table in a small booth. I was home 5 min after i left. Immediately called Uncle Pacos and spoke to "Zach the manager", who ironically served me (I explained the location of my booth, he told me that he was the server for that particular booth). Was told over phone at least 5 times my sunglasses weren't there. We went back and forth for a few minutes and the phone call ended with me very politely demanding my sunglasses be found and "Zach" claiming they were NOT left at the restaurant. Immediately my suspicions were raised bc i was JUST there. Also, on phone he spoke like he didn't remember me. Lie. Im even more suspicious now cuz they weren't busy and they have several employees there so "Zach" couldn't have had more than one/two tables (I was also alone remember). He had to remember me.
Anyways, I'm showing up in person I don't care what i'm told over the phone. SOON AS I WALK IN "Zach", the supposed manger, who served me, and talked on phone with me, walked over to the hostess counter, whispered in the woman's ear. She immediately bends under the counter, AND surprise surprise, she sits my sunglasses down on the counter. I walk over without saying a word, grab my sunglasses. The hostess and "Zach" sheepishly grin back at me. "Zach" tells me to have a good day. No apology whatsoever, and no explanation as to how this misunderstanding unfolded. Just "have a good day" lmao. I also tell him to have a good day but mean mug him as i walk out of the restaurant. No other words were exchanged, i just left.
This story isnt over bc when i got home i had already decided to spill this review, but thought id call back up there and speak with "Zach". I thought id give the manager the benefit of the doubt and get his side of the story before typing a negative review. I wanted to figure out what really happened. But guess what, when i called up there a different person answers the phone, and tells me no Zach works there hahahaha. My server is def a liar, now. I ask to speak w/ the manager and i'm told the manager is not there.
So I call the Owasso location, speak with a Francisco who claims to be the general manager. Francisco confirms he has no manager named Zach at the Tulsa location, but says he will look at camera and find out who served me.
Now to be just, if a different person picked up my sunglasses other than the server, which is possible, then my server, whatever his name really is, may have an alibi. But why would he lie about his name on the phone, unless he knew about my sunglasses? I admit I do know that often or even usually the person who clears a table is not the same person who serves. BUT, if Francisco the general manager does check the cameras and my server is seen picking up my sunglasses he should be fired immediately. If he did not pick up my sunglasses from the table, he still needs to be questioned as to why he told me on the phone my sunglasses were not there and also, why he lied about his name? And why did he claim to be the manager? And how, when i walk into the restaurant 30 SECONDS after the phone call, did my sunglasses magically appear?
I realize there could possibly be something that happened that i did not consider but take this experience as you wish!
100% though; this happened to me today (Sun 7/21/24), i know my card was charged approx 249 pm if yall want to really check the cameras i know...

Tucked away just off Memorial Road near the Starworld movie theater in Bixby, this hidden gem is worth discovering. I stopped in around 7 PM on a Saturday, and as expected, it was packed. Even so, the staff managed to seat us right away with impressive efficiency. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, creating a warm, welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is a little loud but undeniably family-friendly and clean. We kicked things off with fresh, hot tortilla chips served with two dipping sauces—a classic red salsa and a unique white dipping sauce with a zippy, horseradish-style kick. I personally loved the originality of the white sauce, though it's definitely a love-it-or-leave-it for some. I ordered the Faja Trio—a classic combo of steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas. The meats were well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. The steak came in ample juicy slices, and the shrimp was skewered, generously portioned, and bursting with flavor. Served on a sizzling platter with grilled peppers and tomatoes, the dish also came with rice, beans, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and your choice of tortillas. I opted for the flour tortillas, which were clearly homemade and reminded me of my abuela’s cooking—soft, warm, and just the right amount of chew. At $15.99, the Faja Trio was not only satisfying but a great value considering the quality and portion size—I even had enough left over for lunch the next day. Highlights
Generous portions, especially the Faja Trio Unique white salsa adds a fun twist to the starters Friendly, efficient service even during peak hours Homemade tortillas worth the visit alone Excellent value for the price
Minor Notes
Can get loud during dinner rush White salsa may not be to everyone's taste
Final Verdict: Uncle Paco’s hits the mark with fresh, hearty dishes, friendly service, and a lively atmosphere. It’s now my go-to spot for fajitas in Tulsa—and I’ll definitely...

The salsas did not do much for me. The salsa is the first impression. Get my attention there and the restaurant may win me over. Both the mild and the hot salsa were fine (average), but nothing special. And then there was this white salsa. Oh God No! It was a sweet mayo-based dip with some Mexican spices added. I am sure there are diners out there that probably eat this stuff by the spoon full and like it. Pass!
The meals. My wife had the Enchiladas Rancheras: one ea. chicken, carnitas, and cheese. All plump enchiladas covered in a red sauce with beans and rice on the side. All good, but the carnitas enchilada stood out as did the red sauce.
Now here is what got me in the door. Looking over their menu on line I spotted the Pacos Pollo. A thin grilled chicken breast, topped with chorizo and covered with white queso, along with a cheese enchilada covered in red sauce and a side of rice. This was delicious. I have to talk about the red sauce. I prefer red chili sauce and do not like some of the funky tasting molé sauces the many traditional Mexican restaurants serve. Their red sauce is an exception for me. My wife and I both loved it. I have thought about it and unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to accurately describe it. My best guess is that there may be a hint of nutmeg in it....
