I would give it 5 stars but we came in for lunch (and I get it’s stressful and busy) but there was a new guy working and the manager was rude every time he needed help. How are you supposed to have good Rapport with your employees if they can’t even ask for help. As customers we (for the most part) are patient with new employees. She was unprofessional and rude in front of customers her tone made it perfectly clear how she felt to the entire room, with other customers there not just my family. I wonder if Arby's in Blackfoot cares whether or not they stay in business. It's the little things that makes or breaks a relationship between a restaurant and a person. When you are in the drive through and are asked if you need any sauces, and you say yes to arby sauce and horsey sauce. Wow, the facts is that you guys shouldn’t be open, the amount of times I’ve had a drink not come out on multiple occasions, sometimes have to wait 5 minutes until someone even helps me in the drive through, poorly stocked, I imagine the sticker on the drive-thru speaker hasn’t ever been taken off because you’ve never had everything stocked at once, this place should be closed!
