Drinks are great and so are the cookies! We love that we can also get a pup cup for our pup. The issue is the staff doesnt seem to actually listen to the customers. Almost everytime I have gone here I ask for light ice because as a busy mom I dont always get to consume my drink in a timely manner and want to still be able to enjoy the drink rather than have it watered down and have to dump it out. Anyways, I rarely get light ice like I ask for but usually juat deal with it. Today my husband and I went and not only did they give me regular ice, the sticker was marked for regular ice instead of light ice like I specifically asked for and was confirmed by the staff, and the half and half wasnt added in. I went back and my husband mentioned the cream was missing and the girl took the drink back through the window and added the half and half before bringing it back. Seems unsanitary to do that considering I had left and came back and also taken a drink. It seems the customer service is mediocre and thats good enough so why fix it. I probaby...

Let me say first, that the drinks were awesome! The customer service was horrible! The drive thru menus were not working. We drove to the first window and waited for a long time for someone to open the window and take our order. There was a worker that clearly saw us and could have helped us, but was too busy visiting with his friends. He kept looking over at us, like he was disgusted we were there, and just kept shooting the breeze with his buddies. Finally, a girl who was on her phone, begrudgingly came to the window to take our order. She was less than happy to help us. When she delivered our drinks-4 total- I asked if we could have some napkins so she gave us 2. I asked politely for 2 more and she literally huffed and gave us 2 more. We were a clear inconvenience to these kids who had no other customers to help. This was our fist visit there, but we’ve heard from our kids that this type of service is typical and their experiences have been even worse. Bottom line. Keep your drinks the same and...

We buy our drinks and I watch one of the cups fall on the floor. The women picks it up and sets it on the counter behind her. She turns around and gets the info off of it to enter into the cash register. The same cup falls on the floor -AGAIN. Her co-worker walks over grabs the larger cup and then asks (as she bends over to pick up the cup off the floor) “is this her cup also?” THEN she proceeds to fill up the cups with our drinks. I go to the next window, she starts handing out our drinks and I ask “is that the same cup that fell on the floor TWICE? She says, “oh it fell twice? She told me that it just barely fell. I didn’t know it fell twice.” (Adult employees who should know better)
