Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Blacksburg

Non-existent customer service. I ordered 7 pizzas and bread bites for a birthday party. I got carry-out so it wouldn't take as long. The order says it will be ready in 12 minutes, but I wait and arrive at the store after 30 minutes knowing they're slow. When I arrive, they say the order "is ready" but then they can't find it. Then I'm told they had to re-do one of the pizzas and it's in the oven and will be ready 'in 10 minutes.' I see there is a pizza on the floor by the workers (and it stays on the floor the whole time I'm in the store- no one cleans it up). I wait by the counter for 10 minutes and multiple workers ask me about my order, so I explain that I'm waiting for the last pizza. Not one worker in the whole time says "I'm sorry" that we made a mistake and you had to wait. 10 minutes pass and nothing. Finally after 20 minutes I call a worker over and ask again- she finds my completed order and brings it. Apparently no one thought to bring it when it came out of the oven. I ask for a few sauce packets for my trouble and she says, "You'll have to pay for them." I point to my stack of 8 boxes and say I've been waiting 50 minutes since I ordered, but she just goes and gets the manager who looks me in the eye and says the same thing- you can have sauce packets if you pay for them. Finally, they agree to give me ONE sauce packet for free. This is the second time out of three orders to this Dominos that I had a significant extra wait, so I won't...

We ordered carry out from the window. When we pulled up to the window there was a guy we could see, right there,"working" inside, sitting on his phone texting. We sat there for what felt like waaay too long, while he finished his text (or whatever he was doing) and decided to come actually do his job and help us. We ordered two 8-count boxes of boneless wings. What we got was a joke. Maybe 1 or 2 pieces in each box was a reasonable size, the rest was tiny, so tiny that I'm pretty sure it was just breading and no chicken at all. But only 8 pieces in total. I would say it might have been worth $2, max, even from a restaurant. Not the $7+ per box. It was absurd.

Then we got to the pizza. I realized, after my children had already started eating the 2 pizzas, that it looked like there was no sauce. I ordered EXTRA MARINARA sauce on each pizza. There was clearly no marinara at all. Upon closer inspection, I realized they put on a white sauce... Maybe Alfredo?

I don't know what the deal is with this Domino's, but someone clearly does not care about doing their job right. This is not the first time our order has been really poorly done/messed up. And I'll definitely never make the mistake of ordering chicken there again. That's the biggest rip off I've ever seen in the...

A $65.00 order was placed for delivery for a group of students who stayed over to assist with graduation setup. The driver got lost and called for directions. I told her exactly where to go as I was located on the edge of VT campus (stated I was across the road from McDonald's). I waited maybe 15 minutes and called the store trying to locate my order. The driver left my order at McDonald's, did not try to call to locate me. Luckily, they remade my order and delivered it directly to me, but the driver spilled the extra sauce I had ordered. I called the store asking for a Manager and was told the Manager was not in, that they would give her my name/number. I just called and spoke with "Dana" the Manager. I expressed my concern and requested a refund as some of the students weren't able to get the food due to the mishap on their end. I was quickly denied stating I should have called Friday (which I did). I told her I was told her was out that day and she advised she was working until 7pm. Not only did they deliver the food to McDonald's, I was lied to by the staff. We originally wanted Papa John's, but they were temporarily closed that day. I will not be placing an order at this location...
