Italiano's of Blacksburg — Restaurant in Blacksburg

My boyfriend and I do uber eats to make extra money. We get a order for Italianos pizza around 12:00am. When we arrived the owner stopped him at the door and told him that the order was picked up already. We asked the customer if they received their food they said no. We asked for it to be remade so we could get it to them the owner refused and said they were "closed." After that three other people walked in ordered food got their food and also another delivery driver picked up a order as well. The owner kept refusing to make the food because they thought it was the old order when it was not. The owner then changed his story and said they closed at 1am but still have orders and their "open" sign on. Do not go to Italianos if you want decent service and not to be discriminatiated against. Worst restaurant...

Italiano's is absolutely one of my go-to places. You walk in and the place just feels so raw. The people that work there are just some of the nicest people to talk to. They aren't exactly super talkative or anything, but they show their respect and appreciation to you as a customer through their body-language. I always do my best to be polite back and show my appreciation. If you go, you'll find yourself wanting to tip them for just being such polite people (at least I do). I really don't know what else to say about the food but that it is extremely FRESH, more than what you paid in VALUE, and has an insane amount of VARIETY. I'm serious, it has all three from my many experiences. I'm still exploring their menu myself. If you've never been, you should give it a shot. I can guarantee it won't be...

Such a disgraceful behavior. The food is usually good and one of the only halal options at Blacksburg. But the behavior of the cook is very rude. Once had to wait for 40 mins and saw other people getting food before us. We politely asked about the wait-time then the cook yelled at us and said we should get out. We were constantly trying to say that we don’t want to argue and yet the cook kept on arguing. Even when they don't get our orders right they don’t apologize and simply start arguing. I am truly disappointed in my recent experiences with them. Hope they get better in their mannerism in the future. I really liked the food but the behavior just kills the experience. It saddens me but I won't be visiting this place anytime soon and won't recommend it...
