The Jittery Biscuit at Blanco — Restaurant in Blanco

I stopped here on the way home from a trip because I was very road hypnotized from the long straight roads. I was so relieved to find this place. I was not expecting much from this unassuming road side coffee shop, but i was blown away! I ordered a blueberry lemon cookie and a blended matcha . Matcha is my go to order and I've matcha all over Austin and my own home made lattes . This was HANDS down the best matcha I have ever had! They mistakenly gave me iced one when I ordered a blended one as soon as I pointed it out the apologized , let me keep the incorrect one and made a fresh one. I gave the iced one to my son who now continues to beg me to take him back for one. I might just make the 1 hour drive just for the matcha . The cookie was out of the world amazing , it was fresh whole blueberries and the perfect amount of lemon zest for a fresh and vibrant taste. The cookies is fluffy cake like on the inside and baked perfectly with an outer crunch. Perfect treat to go with the blended latte on a hotttt texas day. I absolutely love this place! My sister introduced us to their coffee, she gets the Campsite Delight every time. I'm obsessed with the Turkish Delight, a lovely hazelnut coffee drink, and my partner is kinda tied between the Cookies and Cream coffee and the Campsite Delight.
