Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bloomfield

This is byfar the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The place is dirty for one. If your looking for dounuts you won't find them here cause there always out with a very silm selection. But it all comes down to the coffee dont and I mean DONT! exspect them to get it right especially the night crew with there rude manners and bland expressions on there face as if your annoying or bothering them. The reason I am writing this in the first place is to try and save time money and more. But you've been to other dunkin donuts before right? Let me paint a picture for you I was a regular at this store would go there five days of the week but over time silmed my visits cause of one clerk in a particular shes an older lady with glasses with the worst personality of them all and she single handedly is why I will nevvvvveeerr ever go back first it started two days ago I ordered my usual coffee french vanilla lite and sweet ice coffee medium which was completely discussing due to syrup sugar that was put in it for the first time ever I dislike it alot but what occurred to me was I was never ask if I wanted that. But when I came back and spoke about it she was very nasty no apology just blah when I was 20 cent short of a coffee I should've got for free she natch it out of my girlfriends hand and handed me back my money and we left and told her we are never coming back and...

ugh, what to say about this barbaric place.

Honestly, if you like to have the same old ladies rip you off completely, go ahead and buy something from here. I feel happier when the man comes up and gives me what I want. I give him a tip too.

I kind of feel there is a huge language barrier.

The first problem I have about this place, the way they give their promotions are not consistent. I go in there one day and ask for one wake-up wrap, the lady next on line would order two and she'll get a discount ordering two for the price of one. huh?

There is also a thing about DD, if you get something with no cheese you'll get (depending what it is) a 15-25 cent discount. The cents adds up eventually. I'd order something with no cheese and bam! no discount :(

Another time ordering a wrap with egg and sausage, the same old lady takes my order. The lady charge me for the egg and sausage. I freakin told her off when I saw the price reach $4 for one, "Lady, I only want the wake-up wrap! It literally cost $1.99, where did $4 come from?!? And where's the discount of the cheese?".. "there's no discount with no cheese." I said, "..and the how about the other 10 times I've order this?" I left steaming, and hungry.

I'm on a roll here, I kind-of have the feeling that they hate me or something. I can tell more stories stories but I don't think people read this...

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in last week to grab coffee for my husband and I, got home and handed coffee to my husband who was disappointed that it was watery. My drink was fine. So we went in again today and I decided to try my husbands drink before leaving this time. It was definitely watery! I told the lady and asked if she could make something else since that particular drink was consistently watery. I was told that I would have to buy another drink if I wasn't stasified. I explained that the drink was not good and had no taste. Cashier told me "it was fine". I became frustrated and asked the lady if she had tried what she gave me? She said no, but insisted that she couldn't give me another drink because it would "cost the store money". A lot of customers overheard the conversation and were disgusted that I was being forced to purchase another drink. I clearly threw the drink away and was not satisfied with what she made. I explained that their policy was ridiculous and just paid another $3 for another drink. I didn't want to hold up customers in line. A customer tried to explain to the lady that I should not be forced to pay for another drink if the drink was not acceptable to drink.

Was very disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will not be returning to this location. To make my experience worse, I got home and bit into a...
