This place has four stars and 326 reviews, but if you look closely, the most detailed reviews are negative, and the five star reviews say random words or nothing. This tells me that the owner of this establishment is just asking people to rate them five stars to help them out. Trust me. Read the negative reviews before you come here, because it will save you a lot of grief.

I went here a few days ago to get dinner with a couple of friends. We aren't bar-goers, so we went there early--at like 6pm on a Saturday thinking it might be a dinnertime ambiance. I completely understand that this is a night club, that it's a bar first, and a place to eat second, and that's on me. But at 6pm, I wish it had been more nicer to eat at. Despite the fact that there was no one else in there, they were blasting music so loud we couldn't hear each other, and the disco lights were changing directions all around and hitting us in our eyes the entire time we ate. This is a very uncomfortable way to eat, as you can imagine. I think a better idea would be to cut that out until after 8pm or something. The food server couldn't even hear us very well, and two of us had to repeat our orders multiple times. Other than that, the waitress was very nice, got all our orders right, and checked on us periodically.

As for the food and drink, it left a lot to be desired. My friend ordered a class of water, and got a bottle of water. This is an incredibly petty attempt for a business to try and make the bill higher. I wanted an ipa, but they had nothing but cheap light ales a la corona, bud light, modelo. My partner ordered tacos de birria and it just wasn't that great. The filling tasted like canned beef stew almost. It was like fifteen dollars, and consisted of three tacos and no sides. He was so hungry he had to eat some of my entree. I ordered nachos, and they used pickled jalapeños and liquid cheese sauce on them like I was at the roller skating rink as a twelve year old. I wish the food had been better, because that would have made up for the horrible environment. I would honestly rather eat some sopa maruchan at home in my living room alone than ever set foot here again.

Don't advertise your club as an eating establishment if it's not a suitable place to eat food. This is not Gloria's Bar and Grill. It's Gloria's...

I came to this establishment as a recommendation from my girlfriend for her birthday. It was difficult to communicate to the waiter/waitress because they only talked predominantly espanol. Thankfully my gf speaks the native tongue and was able to communicate my wants and needs within the establishment. Starting with the positives the dj made the ambience very good as he played good music versatile between different genres. I came Tuesday so they have a paint and sip night which is very good and gives you an activity to do while you’re waiting for food or indulging in conversation alike. As for the negatives I’ve stated above but also the drinks are beyond watered down. I stopped drinking for two years and the normal drinks anywhere else makes me a little tipsy but here it didn’t do nothing for me! Aside for that I also purchased the hookah which was working well until it literally exploded and had hookah water all over the table. I told the waiter the situation they acted concerned and took it away and cleaned some of the table. Upon seeing him again I asked if there can be any accommodation or at least a refill for hookah he just said “hookah done papi.” Lastly mind you i only came with two people (myself and my gf) but they charged me 18% gratuity in which normally that’s a thing when you have a party of 5 or more in other establishments. They did my birthday party dirty. I reserved a table of 10 a few days PRIOR to the day of via DM and over the phone. I got there and it seemed like it wasn’t even reserved now that I think about it because they put tables together when I got there. But what really set me off was the fact that when a few people went outside to smoke, they tried to take their tables for others. Mind you!! Not only did they still have drinks and food on the table (which they threw out) but they still had open tabs! And I told the waiter they were just outside smoking, even their jackets and purses were still there! It’s not like we didn’t spend money, we spent more money than we would have buying bottles. We were ordering food, cocktails and hookah. It was terrible service! My friends got played and I’m never going to this establishment again. And I don’t recommend for ya to go either especially if you’re going with a crowd to celebrate...
