Business like this needs to go to hell and the better business bureau . I told them that I wanted a half pepperoni and steak pizza .as my friend eat port and I don’t. The gentleman responded back and said that I told him bacon and pepperoni and that they do not offer steak.

I don’t eat pork as it is against my religion. Majority of business that sells pork is mostly pork so I would rarely eat that outside. I know what I said .

I called back to express how salty the food was only to find out that the pizza I was eating was pepperoni and pork bacon after requesting for pepperoni and steak. They gentleman ask me if I didn’t know the difference I don’t eat pork so in my mind I would assume that it may have been more salt in the batch marinara sauce but it was really the bacon.

The gentleman said “we do not carry steak so I would have never told you that”. I know exactly what I ordered and he made it seem like I was a liar .

I then tried to tell him that i specifically said steak and pepperoni and how inconsiderate he was for not taking my concerns into consideration. As pork is against my religion. He hung up the phone . I called back & he said “don’t ever call back here and I will return your money back. The driver is bringing your money back”

What a hell of a customer service . As if my $22 means nothing to him. What business owners fail to understand is that Karma works in mysterious ways and it comes back 10fold.

I know what I said to the gentleman on the phone and I swear on my entire religion that I said steak but God will repay that business . It will never go anywhere because I consumed pork and also how they treated my service by not understanding the religious aspect.

I JUST WANNA STATE THAT THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE AND IS OUTDATED WHICH IS WHY THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE IS SOME LOCALS AND SOME OLD SENIORS THAT LIVE AROUND THE AREA. THEY DON'T COME UP WITH NEW INGREDIENTS OR ANY NEW ITEMS. At best the pizza is average like any other around but the fact that the people running the front are rude type that make you feel anxious for ordering a pie, it's terrible if your not a local they'll make you feel like an extra terrestrial. The attitude/atmosphere is uncomfortable it's like they don't know how to serve a wide variety crowd. On top of the fact that they have all there delivery drivers stocked up on the side makes the wait for the pizza not very worth it and unsettling. It's like the only reason they're still around is because of their rep with the town, other than that there is no reason to keep a business like this up, it's actually pretty depressing. Might as well open up a pizza shop on the boardwalk if your gonna keep this up, your bound to make more money...

Newer edited review Yes delivery gets late sometimes. So what? The cold pizzas are still pizza, eh? And honestly, vinnie's cold pizzas are better than any other sad soggy oily pizzas you might see around.

Plus, their service is always, I mean ALWAYS, above and beyond. I once asked for special menu item that wasn't on their menu, and they gladly helped me out with that request. And you know what my family really love? Their bread!!!
