I order breakfast here all the time. Tonight I called to order their Chicken Parm entree with Penne. On their website, it says 14.99. The girl who answered asked if I wanted just the chicken or pasta too, I asked how much for just the chicken and she said 8.99. I said yes. 15 minutes later I get a call from her saying she made a mistake and there's no reduced price option, only the full entree with penne for 16.99. I said that's fine, noting the additional 2 bucks from the menu price, which she said was tax. I pick it up, tip 4, get back home and open it and there's no pasta. I called to let them know, and this guy answered (He answers every once in a while and ALWAYS seems angry or annoyed) He instantly said "We're closed." I told him the story and he said "I don't know what you want me to do about it." I didn't know either so I said "ok, have a good night." I got the sense that I unknowingly ordered too close to closing time. I guess I learned my lesson; 3/10 chicken parm, leaking in the bag, no pasta, over charged, and I'm the jerk for calling. I go in there every day, tip well, am always friendly. The normal woman who works there, who is fantastic by the way, calls me a regular. I don't think I'll be going back. At my job, I jump through hoops to care for my customers, and while I don't expect the same, I expect better than feeling bad for calling...

The manager on duty made no effort to understand or look into the order/situation, and flat out said "I won't give anything to you".
For a new, hole-in-the-wall eatery that has only arrived recently (they came and are managed by the same owner that runs the adjacent car wash), it is extremely risky and damaging to their reputation or growth to sign up for programs and promotion services only to have no intention of honoring any of them.
Automatic one star across the board due to the terrible experience; unless ordering in person, I don't recommend using any of their advertised mobile ordering services. Gave 1 extra star on Atmosphere since the place was clean and minimalist as other reviews have stated.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. You can get better pizza and sandwiches from Turtle's Pizza, which is only a few...

They said it comes with the pasta. Sure....if you order muscles with pasta, but I showed them on their own menu just the muscles....which is what I ordered.
