McDonald's — Restaurant in Bloomington

I am normally the type of person that doesn’t leave negative reviews, but the manager of this location needs retrained. We ordered through the drive thru and the person taking the order missed one of our items. No big deal, mistakes happen. Once we pulled around to pay, we confirmed our order and paid only to find out on our receipt it was still missing a meal. I was told that I needed to pull back around through the drive thru to reorder the rest of my missing food per the manager. Seriously? After convincing her that we weren’t going back around to wait in line again she was given our card to complete our order and we would pull ahead to keep the line moving. Once again, the order was incorrect. I went inside to correct the order and wait for the last meal. While waiting for our last meal (and our initial order obviously getting cold) I noticed that we didn’t get any straws or dipping sauces for the meal that came with it. This isn’t the first time that this location has messed up but it will be the last time we visit a McDonald’s owned by this franchisee. Ridiculous...

WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. This place consistently does not open at 5:30 am as posted. Personally experienced this at least half a dozen times. Many cars lined up at the drive box waiting to order and rude management comes on the box to say it will be another 20 mins at nearly 6:00 am. Food is subpar at best, sometimes cold even. Attitudes are horrible. I given many chances for better service and have never received it; in fact it gets worse and worse as time goes on. The owner needs to get a grip on their restaurant. I literally feel that I would get better service (and a higher IQ) from a kindergartner. I will never return to this establishment again and will definitely spread the word about my repeatedly horrible...

Picked this location as they have posted hours until midnight. Arrived there just a bit before 11 pm. Got my order and on the way out noticed fries were missing on two combos. Circled back and the drive up was unresponsive. They had closed in the couple minutes it took me to get back. Finally got the manager to come to the pickup window. She said we didn't order fries even though each combo was confirmed prior when we ordered. She refused to help as they had turned off the frier. Come on, if you are going to close early... at least say we don't have an item at order time, rather than excluding said item. Also would be fantastic to update your hours to reflect when you are...
