Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

Ordered online. When I arrived to pick it up they hadn’t made the pizza yet. Asked for the name on order. There 4 employees standing there. One of them started to make the pizza but would stop and talk every 20 seconds to the other three employees. After she stopped working on my order for the 5th time to chat some more I asked if there was anyway she could focus on my order for a few minutes so I could get my order and go home. She became surly and the other employees scoffed laughed and rolled their eyes. I encourage whoever owns this place to review the cameras at 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. Absolutely the worst and most disrespectful treatment I have received. Also encourage owner to look up our PAPA MURPHY'S account. We were at least once a week customers. The past few times I’ve bought pizzas here, I’ve had to wait at least 15 -20 min to get my pizzas with only 3 or 4 people in front of me waiting for pizzas. Tonight I waited 15 min to get 2 pizzas as 2 employees were prepping pizzas and moving slow and 1 employee was working the cash register while holding what looked like an 8 mos. old baby. Nothing was in the small cooler such as cookie doughs, salads, cheese breads. Apparently they aren’t keeping up with restocking. This particular franchise used to be pretty awesome with proper staffing and quick service but apparently they must have switched owners or something as this is no longer a 5 star restaurant. Generally like this place. Good pizza, pretty decent price. Last time I was there, though, the staff seemed to be having a conflict amongst themselves, and it was awkward and uncomfortable. A male staff person could not keep his mouth shut with respect to a female staff member who was present, and it was obnoxious. Definitely seemed unprofessional and tainted my view of this place.
