Manager would not accept code kept telling me it was wrong code need a different code, I even asked her to type it in she lied said not possible but thatâs not the case was really rude. Did not give me free sandwich but she did. Y friend even though I had the code from the receipt and my friend did as well. She should not be manager, a young blonde haired kid came and helped us typed in the code she said wasnât possible to do and explained that the storm knocked out the Internet && he was sorry but the code couldnât go through because of not having internet instead of lying or just saying hey sorry itâs not gonna work. Sorry about you like the manager did. He was very nice and he understood and made us understand but also the manager didnât even have the audacity to apologize for her rudeness and just saying nope sorry code not gonna work for you. Also After 10pm at night the "Passenger side pay" lane(Driver orders Passenger pays & picks up)was delivery persons only! But they DO NOT list that anywhere or I certainly didn't see it. I didn't know the lane was designated for this until I got up to the speaker & thay was after already waiting 10-12 minutes. I ended up going Inside where the wait was no where near what the drive through is. MY Conclusion: Now I understand the designation of that lane after 10pm cause they do have so many delivery personnel come through to pick up food, I just wish they would post that somewhere.    Read moreDrove up, gave our order, the boy gave us our total which was more than expected. When we got to the window it was even higher than he previously mentioned. So I asked him to repeat our order back and it sounded right so we went ahead and paid. When we got the receipt they had overcharged us! Instead of making a big deal about it in the drive thru we waited 15-20 minutes to get the food and parked. My husband walked up and spoke to the manager who refunded our money and rang it up right.....but that was such a hassle!!! I never have good experiences with this Rally's. When I was a teen this was the first rallys I had ever ate at and the coke tasted like dirt and the fries were garbage...and I refused to eat at a Rallys again until my husband forced me one day at a different location....come to find out it was just this Rallys.
