Seoul Mama was a nice place. The people are friendly and the chef even came out to the table and greeted us. It was a knew experience for us. The food was different but delicious. My husband and I shared a bowl of Ramen noodles with beef as a starter and it was amazing! We both ordered different entrees. I ordered their beef stew which is called TTUKBAEGI BULGOGI . It was good but not at all what I expected. It is not American beef stew that's for sure, it's more like soup. It had beef, veggies and glass noodles. It wasn't bad but I really loved the broth in the Ramen noodles better. Plus I liked the Ramen noodles better than the glass noodles. But that is subjective, you may love it. My husband ordered the BEEF BULGOGI. It comes with a bowl of rice and the Korean side dishes, that are for the whole table, and it was delicious! We had the HONEY RICE CAKES for dessert. They were definitely different. Of our group three people liked them one person didn't like them at all and 1 person wouldn't even try it! I personally liked them they have white bean paste in them which is definitely Korean. They are sweet but not too sweet like American desserts. Overall a great experience that everyone should have at least once.

One of our favorite spots in town now!!! They have only been open just a little over a year ago...they have really figured things out and know what they're doing :) Their food is amazing and their service is great. Knowledgeable and attentive staff. And excellent specials to boot. I highly recommend the Korean Chicken (we like it spicy with pineapple). You can't go wrong with the Beef or Pork Bulgogi and when you're able to do dine in again - the hot stone sizzling Bibimbap is also quite a treat. With the current lock-down in progress we called for delivery. Food was hot and plenty of it :) Can't say enough good things. Support this place if you can. yes, my photos are from several visits...I tend to take them and forget to post right away. Hope it just shows I'm a fan. Enjoy!

I came here to eat as I was in the area for work travel. I originate from the DFW area which has a lot of Korean cuisine which I eat fairly often. I got tired of American food in the Bloomington area, so I thought to try this place out and see how it is. The waitstaff were kind and very attentive. I ordered the gimmari appetizer and a soondubu tofu soup. The banchan was nice but limited (only three dishes). The gimmari was well fried and had good flavor. The soondubu had the option for no spice, mild, and spicy. My spice tolerance isn't that great, so I selected "mild", but I felt that "mild" was not spicy whatsoever. Overall, I enjoyed the food, and would come back again if I am ever in the area again.

First time tasting Korean ramen!🍜 Tasted absolutely delicious. I also got the fried pork dumplings which were phenomenal!! The ramen also came with three side dishes including kimchi, potato/carrots, and I believe picked radish? All three tasted great, and the kimchi was pretty spicy. The cool part about the ramen is that you can choose the level of spiciness. I ordered "spicy" and I also chose to add more items into my ramen for additional pricing (egg, pork, veggies). Finally, I ordered one of their Korean juice(white peach) which was so refreshing. Only negative thing I'd say is that the Korean juice was a mini can so you'd have to order 2-3 can at $2 a price. Overall, great experience!

Seoul Mama is owned by a mother daughter team, and they make delicious, #beautifulfood. Our favorite is the Ramen, and vegetable pancake, and beef bulgogi. I tried a new item on the menu, beef japchae, and the owner delivered it and told us that it is a dish that you don't see served very often except for special family occasions. Every vegetable is cooked separately and the dish is assembled making it more time needy. It is a blend of delicious stir-fried vegetables with glass noodles and a lovely sweet and savory sauce. It was served room temperature or barely above that, which I did not ask if that is common or not. It was delicious and I will definitely order it again.

I stopped in with a friend to try the vegan dolsot bibimbap. I was disappointed and confused when my friend’s vegetarian dish came with tofu but mine didn’t. Overall though the flavors were nice and my friend even shared a couple pieces of her tofu with me because my dish was so simplistic. I don’t understand their reasoning behind not placing a protein in my dish but had double protein in hers. The atmosphere was lovely though and I do wish I could have offered a higher rating but in all honesty the lack of tofu was upsetting because I expected to fill up on some protein after the gym.
