Wendy's — Restaurant in Bloomington

Hands down worst service in any Wendy's, I have ever been into. There was one car in the drive thru and from the conversation being had thru the window, I assumed it was a friend or fellow employee. The food wasn't horrible but bad enough I took two bites and threw it away. I tried ordering a vanilla frosty but was told they were out if of vanilla. However not chocolate so I orded 2 for a couple friends. They both said it tasted like freezer burn. I then order a sweet tea which upon tasting informed the staff, neither side was sweet. Which they didn't seem to concerned with. (They hadnt drank sugar-free tea). But I don't typically complain so I trashed that. I then ordered a frozen lemonade thing it was red and upon taking a drink of that smashed on the sidewalk in front of the door as well as one of my friends frosty they handed me (full I might add) to throw away. I would if I were you knowing what I know now, would recommend the Kroger parking lot to eat from or the nearest storm drain. To eat from before this (South Walnut) Wendy's. I placed my order that was fine, and I got to pay for my order, which is where the issue was. My totals were $7.43. I gave the cashier $20.45. I knew it was a problem because she took too long to give me my change. When she did, she gave me $12. I stated, "Excuse me, I should receive $13.02 This young lady went back and forwarded me as if I didn't know how to count because she couldn't then proceed to tell me that is what the register stated. So the manager comes over now. I have my calculator out showing them both that I am correct. So the manager proceeds to say if your draw is short, I'll take care of it. Now you guys can't be this slow, then try to treat customers as if they don't know how to count. Either they are stealing from Wendy's, or they just don't know how to count. Update: didn't even bother ordering food when I walked in there were about 8 ppl who stared at me from the second I walked in the door... (None of them had food or drinks around them either) I myself have been homeless countless times in this overpriced college town, so I understand they were probably just warming up (2 girls were wrapped up head to town in blankers) but they took up all the tables in the front and around the drink machine... Which wouldn't have bothered me either... I just found it incredibly rude and uncomfortable with the constant staring...
