Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Blue Ash

We were incredibly impressed by the quality of food and service we received from this location this past weekend. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right down the street and we got hungry at about 10PM on Saturday. I tried to order a pizza on the app and had trouble figuring out how to order half Veggie and half Sausage, so I called the restaurant. The woman on the phone was so very helpful and just took my order on the phone. We gave them our address at the Hilton and in about 25 minutes we received a knock at our door and we were surprised when the Domino's employee brought the Pizza and Parmesan Bread Bites to our room on the 3rd floor! How awesome was the door service! After that pleasant surprise, we dug into the food, and the first words out of my wife's mouth were "Wow, this is Domino's? This is so good!" Ok, ordered on line because they advertise a free pizza. Driver arrived in time window that was promised. However, I had to change my payment method due that I didn’t have sufficient cash. I called the store 5 times and rang the phone off the hook to no avail! The driver was also calling. He finally expressed that the cook was the only person in the store being the reason for not getting an answer, which was very frustrating to say the least. The driver offered to drive back to the store to process my payment. I told him absolutely not because I did not want cold food. Finally, someone answered his call and I was able to pay after 15 minutes. I never received a free pizza coupon or anything as advertised. It’s totally understandable being short staffed but unacceptable to not have a backup procedure like headphones or something to ensure...

We ordered a pizza (about 2 hours ago at this point) and they DELIVERED IT TO A GUY "WALKING A DOG!" The manager even admitted this! But when we asked for a refund he called us liars and said he wouldn't give us a refund. Then he hung up on us TWICE! Refused to listen to anything we had to say, and we called once when the app said it was "delivered" and once when it still wasn't here after an hour. Didn't matter to him. Refused to give us his name. Unfortunately we will have to be calling corporate because he refused to help us.

EDIT: We found out the GM's name. It's Keith. Anthony the driver abandoned our pizza with some "guy walking his dog" and Keith decided that instead of following up with Anthony he should hang up on customers and refuse to refund them any money. Nice...
