McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Blue Ash

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM THIS PARTICULAR MCCALISTERS!!! We are a business and ordered food for a person's birthday and had it delivered. They did not bring the birthday individual's meal, as well as another employee's meal. They refused to deliver the meal back out to us, so we had to drive to the restaurant to pick it up. When we got there there was a long line and many people complaining of the same type of issue. The workers were screaming at each other and totally overwhelmed. After about a half hour they finally gave me the order that we called in advance to get and wrote the items on the side of the tied up bag and promised it was all there. Returned to work to finally get the birthday individual's order to them and they once again forgot half the order. Then I finally got to go back and eat my lunch from them that was now obviously cold. Opened up the box and there was only half a sandwich in there with two cut tomatoes sitting where the other half of the sandwich was supposed to be. Disgraceful and I would highly recommend to avoid this place...

This place is amazing! Best service I've ever had. I work at the hospital and we were ordering lunch for the whole floor, so it was pretty big order. We were having trouble finding what we wanted to order on Doordash. So we called McAlister's thinking they probably couldn't help us, since it's not their website, but it was worth a try. They put us on the phone with the General Manager and he was so nice! He actual helped us figure out how to order it. When our order got here there were one or two things missing, which isn't a big deal for such a large order on short notice, but I thought "Oh No". We ordered and payed through Doordash and McAlister's themselves doesn't deliver, we won't be able to fix this. I called McAlister's and again they were so amazing. They General Manager said he would fix it and personally drive it over to us! I couldn't believe it. It was just a few little things, but he drove it right over. Best Food and Best...

I just got back home from here. The food was good but the kid at the register out and out lied to me. After I ordered our food I asked "do you have a bowl?". (We had 2 dogs with us outside and it was hot). He said "no". 😯 I then asked "you don't have bowls?!?!". He said "No we don't". 🤨 WTH?! I would of bought it if that was the issue but he didn't even say that I needed to pay for it he just said no they don't have bowls. If you look up at the menu several things come in bowls! The potato salad that was with one of the orders was in a bowl. 🤔 There was a woman working there who was very helpful and friendly. Maybe she should have been behind the counter taking orders. He might need to be retrained. Like I said food was really good but it was overshadowed by the kid blatantly...
