We were so excited to try this ice cream so we decided to have ice cream for dinner and headed down to the creamery. It was packed! Once it was our turn, I explained that my daughter has celiac and needed to know if any ice cream was gluten free. The lady at the cash register called out to another girl to help. This girl seemed irritated to answer my questions about the gluten free options. She said it was too much to check every single flavor. I completely understood so I asked my daughter to pick her top 3 so they can check. They did so and she chose a flavor. When it came time to serve my daughter I asked if she could please change her gloves and use a clean scooper. Again, the girl serving us seemed annoyed at my request. Another girl stepped in and told her to use a clean scooper and change her gloves. She did explain that they would try their best but cross contamination is always possible. I told her I understood and I appreciated them trying their best. The entire interaction left my daughter scared to eat the ice cream because of the unwillingness of the staff. The ice cream was overall really good and huge scoops. I would just say maybe be a little more understanding with people’s allergies. Celiac is hard on a little girl. Ice cream don’t really like me had it a couple times . Recently got my first milk shake told the young lady behind the counter Nevaeh I loved butter pecan but wanted something similar and not just butter pecan she was helpful and pointed me in the direction of salty turtle . Yummy!!! However come in several times a week for a lotus drink and they are amazing ( ps she makes the best lotus drinks to ) all of the girls are so friendly and the young man as some one who comes in several times a week I have never came in without being greeted by a welcome in and smiling faces . Also have never waited over 5 mins...

OMG—this ice cream creamery is absolutely amazing! The ice cream is incredibly fresh, creamy, and bursting with flavor. I always prefer trying local ice cream shops over big chains, and honestly, this is the best I’ve ever tasted.

We came in as a group of 25 people, and every single one of us loved it. Despite the place being super crowded, the staff handled it like pros—friendly, fast, and super organized. The service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt so warm and welcoming.
