Fannin County Empty Stocking Program, Inc Thrift Store — Local services in Murphy

This is one of my absolute favorite thrift stores to shop at and I personally have spent hundreds in this place over the past couple years. I live an hour away so I don’t get to come regularly but when google shows me they are open I head out and drive all the way just to find out they are closed. Very frustrating and disappointing. So unfortunately I have not shopped here as much because as a far away customer I can’t rely on their hours being accurate. Wasting time and money driving somewhere to be let down over and over is absurd. I shop there several times a week and I donate. I saw an item sitting in the back and asked if they could price it because I wanted to buy it. There were six of them working and they said they could not price it now. So I went back an hour and a half later. It was still not priced. So I asked if they would save it for me, when they priced it, and I would come back by for it. They could not do that either. The absolute BEST thrift store in Blue Ridge!! GREAT prices which means they sell a lot which means their shelves are always changing. Plus they are truly a non-profit helping kids that wouldn't have a Christmas otherwise! They buy presents for around 500 underprivileged children every year!! These guys are AMAZING!!!
