I was in Blue Ridge for vacation a week ago with my pregnant wife, our daughter, and friends. It was about 10 of us.
My group, which included myself, my pregnant wife, our daughter, and several friends, stood in a line of over twelve customers waiting to order for over 20 minutes. One of your employees made direct eye contact with us, then deliberately ignored everyone, walked behind the window, and began making biscuits instead of taking orders. She threw her hands up in frustration and displayed hostile attitude toward paying customers who had done absolutely nothing wrong.
As if that were not enough, the manager eventually walked in, headed straight to the back without a single acknowledgment of the customers waiting. He returned nearly ten minutes later only to state that he “just got there,” and continued to ignore the situation. At no point did he attempt to manage the line, offer assistance, or show any professionalism. The line had grown at this point
We were treated with blatant disrespect. My pregnant wife was left standing there, uncomfortable and unnoticed. This is not an overstatement: it was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered anywhere.
Your brand prides itself on hospitality, yet this location showed none. It is unacceptable. I would like to know what Bojangles intends to do to address this problem. Employees who treat customers that way should not be representing...
Read moreToday was my first time at Bojangles in Blue Ridge Georgia. I was pleasantly surprised that the chicken was moist and crispy and had just a slight kick to it… I did enjoy it. The macaroni and cheese was terrible… Actually the worst I’ve ever had… It had that sheet melted cheese running through it and no seasoning whatsoever… It would be nice if they could take some time and put some tasty cheese and form a crust on the top of that it would be much better… I imagine they don’t because of cost… Isn’t that a shame. I hope this Bojangles keeps up a good quality so they will stay in business because the Popeyes right down the street is going down the drain because of poor food and service. I can’t figure out why someone would open up one of these places and not try to make the food and everything else as best as possible. It’s a mystery to me. If the manager of this restaurant in blue Ridge is reading this… Please make sure that your staff remains friendly and that your food is good and I guarantee you you will be a success because Popeyes ain’t gonna be around...

Then comes back, mom finishes ordering, then my husband and I. We had to wait on the chicken to cook, so about 10 minutes she said. No big deal, we waited. My husband and I ordered rice along with our meal. At first we didn't see any of the rice. So I took the recipet up there and told them we were missing the 2 rice. The man even told the cashier she was missing a side item. But the cashier still handed my trays out. So I eventually got the rice. Go back to the table to only be told by my husband that they found one of the side rice. I went to take the other one back up to the lady to make it right. To either give it back or pay for it. She was nothing but rude to me. She even complained to the customers that was at the register about it. She made me extremely mad and we will not be back to...
