If I could give no stars I would. Everytime I give this place another chance I get a big disappointment. It supposed to be fast food not sit down dining that's usually takes longer than fast food. I took myself and my children there for breakfast on tuesday july 30 2019. I ordered cini minis,bacon and cheese biscuit,a bacon and cheese French toast,biscuit and gravy,and a chicken biscuit. When we pulled away from the drive thru and hit the four lane my daughter started going through the food. We had a sausage and cheese biscuit, a sausage and cheese French toast and not only was it wrong it was cold as ice. Then she opened my son's chicken biscuit the piece of chicken wasnt no bigger than a half dollar piece and it was burnt and dried out like it had been cooked for two weeks. So I whip the car around and go inside I walk up to the counter with my bag and three people were standing up front and they all just ignored me finally the asst. Manager walked up and says what's the problem in a hateful tone I explained to her what it was and she said nothing just turned around started yelling at the cook and while they were trying to fix my order the asst. Manage and the cook were fighting about who messed it up then fussing about me bringing it back like it was my fault. When I showed her the chicken biscuit she just looked at it and says what's the problem with that like it wasn't obvious enough. While I was waiting another man brought his bag up there and he was extremely upset she said the same thing to him.whats the problem he says I'm missing a large hashbrown again. He went on to say he comes through every morning orders same thing every day and he is always missing something. She take the whole bag from the man goes back to the kitchen and throws him another hashbrown in there and if anyone knows anything about food service you know they are never supposed to take food that has already been handed to the customer back in the kitchen. They are supposed to fix the problem put in a new bag then handed out not take the food back with them at all for no reason. So she finally gets mine fixed after I waited a good ten minutes made me late for work. All they say is sorry maybe it will be better next time but I know it want cause everytime I go through nothing is right and you would think they would offer you something if it's just a cookie or free drink or something to help bring you back but they don't. I had to ask if I could have a coffee on the house and she says yes I guess you deserve at least that then she hands me the smallest cup they offer like one cup of coffee is going to kill them. I sorry but this is unexceptional. I really don't see how they are still in business. Step it up people if you don't like you job go get another one but don't make everyone else suffer. This kind of behavior and service not only affects your local but our guests from other place that come here for good food, good service,and last but far from least our southern hospitality that blue ridge ga is known for. Fast Food? I spent 59 minutes waiting for service and my mobile order.
What is with these teenagers cutting corners by closing the dinning room just because they don't want to clean it at the end of their Shift?
Are customers supposed to urinate and defecate in the parking lot? I thought publicly opened businesses are obligated under the law to provide public restrooms for their customers during business hours. ??
Their Mobile Order System is not working but Burger King does not inform the customer, even after the customer tells the staff at the order box that they have a mobile order. Instead, the staff tells you to pull to the 2nd window where they make you wait another 25 minutes to be told this. ??
(Management & Owners) were snowed-in, even though they other employees and customers were able to show up at the business by vehicle. ?? Ashley told me by phone that she could not make it to work to help the understaffed employees but I was able to drive 41 miles there in a 2wd truck. ??

Ordered a cheeseburger plain and could hear several employees laughing in the background telling the girl to ask us if we wanted the meat on the hamburger. Girl, in a fit of laughter, actually asked us said question, then someone else came over and said, oh we were just messing with you. Very unprofessional. When we actually made it up to the window, they had our order wrong. When they gave us our right order the girl practically threw the bags at us and forgot our drinks. So we sat there waiting for them to give us our drinks and when they finally realized we were still sitting there, the girl was really rude in asking us what else we needed.
