This review is for management and the owner! I am soooo disappointed in the management of this Little Caesars pizza location (Bluffton, SC). I really love the pizza, so don't use this review for that. It had been a long time since I had one of their pizzas. In fact, it was pre-covid. I go on line to order one and found this location does not take on line orders (per the PC web site). I did see the claim of "Hot and Ready", no waiting, no lines. So, my wife and I head for two pepperoni pizzas. I'm greeted by a semi-friendly employee (no customer personality at all) wearing a t-shirt that looked like it had been worn for three weeks, maybe more. I ordered the pizzas that were NOT "hot and ready". Before even getting my credit card out, she boasted, "we don't take cash"! No problem as I was paying with a credit card anyway. Then, I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Had I known this, I would have called in the order. As I waited two other customers came in, ordered, then left after being told "no cash". When a third customer came in, ordered two pizzas, then told "no cash", he started to leave. I could not handle this incompetent demonstration of mis-management! This would have been the third loss of business in less than 15 minutes! At least they could put a sign on the door to keep from wasting customers' time! I stood up and said, "excuse me, I will use my credit card and you can pay me". He paid me $16 and I used my charge card. The employee said she was sorry. "Management" should not be putting employees and customers in this position. It is extremely poor business! Bottom line? Phone in your order and make sure you have a credit card. I'm not sure why I'm helping them out. But, they have great pizza and I don't want customers to be disappointed. Too bad the owner does not feel the same as I do. There are no excuses or acceptable reasons for this bad management. If I could review with "zero" stars I would. For those of you that would be irritated from this, I recommend calls to Little Caesars corporate office, as well as emails. This approach will only work if many of you do this. I would love to help out with some clean t-shirts if the owner will contact me. I can even put their logo on them. Final word....."Pizza pizza...dirty employees-dirty employees...credit card...
Read moreOn April 4th, I was visiting the Bluffton area from Florida, and I ordered delivery online thru their website. The total was $51. I received update texts stating my order was on the way. The 3rd text I received stated my order was cancelled due to a high volume of orders (it was spring break), and I would receive a full refund. I tried calling, but no one answered. I called the Little Caesers 800 number and told them what happened. They assured me a refund, but I never received it. I called the store a couple weeks later to follow up with my refund. I spoke with a manager who said he’d pass the information along to the GM, and have him call me. Of course, he never called. I called back ONCE AGAIN a few days later. The guy on the phone told me he was the GM, and no one ever passed along that information to him. He took my information one more time, and assured me he’d give me my full refund the next morning. This is a whole month later, I STILL don’t have my refund, and now they won’t answer my calls. This is very shady, and unacceptable treatment. $51 is a lot of money for nothing. I hope they don’t treat all their...
Read moreWhat's the point of having a system to inform customers that their order is ready for pickup when the order is in no way ready for pickup and will take another 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes since the order was placed. I receive the email saying the pizza is ready at the counter. Nope. It shouldn't be so difficult to get low quality cheap pizza. I guess I'll wait in the extremely cramped store until something gets done... Update. 30 minutes after receiving the order is ready alert and an hour after actually ordering and it's still not ready. I would leave but they already charged my card.
Received 2 separate emails telling me the order is ready for pickup. Obviously they lost my first order and started another and lost that one too. I will from now on happily pay more for better pizza and service from any number of competitors and never step foot in this store again. I'm sure the employees will be happy for...
