Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Boaz

•09-26-2025 (A.M.) Ordered the usual iced caramelicious today, & (6 days ago), & both tasted like Caramel milk, NO COFFEE taste whatsoever and no coffee (caffeine) affects. We brought it to their attention and we were told by a young sweet girl "yeah, some people make it better than others" **Put coffee in it, please. We now frequent the Albertville location the most and the Atalla location as well, & they have always tasted like coffee so far. I don't know what's going on here, but the leaky lid situation was finally remedied and now the drinks are not good. You're losing customers, which is sad especially because the employees here are so nice.

•01-01-2024 Monday Ordered caramel iced coffee today & it was horrible! 😫 It didn't taste like Caramel or have ANY coffee flavor at all. It tasted like milk & water. Sent someone to get me another one & it was the same! I get these here 4-6 times per week but really frustrated with the poor quality today! Went to Starbuck's after this & received a Caramel iced coffee made correctly. Then went to a grocery store, got the ingredients & am now making these at home....after wasting $14.00 here today. You lost a regular customer.

(a year ago) Went the first night they opened & had the best warm chocolate chip cookie & went & told friends about it & have been 5 times since then & they aren't even hardly warming the cookie anymore & there's nothing special about it at room temperature so save your money. The Caramelicious Frappuccino isn't near as good as Starbuck's. The wildberry cream Smoothie is good. Peach...

I tried this coffee place for the 1st time yesterday and man was the little bit of coffee I could drink good before it leaked all over my new shirt and husband's truck. I had a feeling something was wrong when we was handed the drink with a wad of napkins but gave them the benefit of the doubt since the drive thru was busy. Unfortunately for me it was literally cracked in 2 different spots. I absolutely love the drinks and food at Scooters and was stopping 4-5 times a week. Friday I stopped and did not realize they did not give my debit card back. That night I called and asked about it, the 2nd call I even requested to speak to the manager. I had to deactivate my card since no one knew to actually look in the register drawer and contact me that they had it until the next night. Until then the service...
