Carrot Express — Restaurant in Boca Raton

today i was blessed by not only God but the dazzling worker that works here. rube.

i had placed an order through uber eats for carrot express. not looking, i had placed the order at a different location. i had arrived to this carrot express confidently picking up my order. though, rube informed me i didn’t place it at the correct location. so, i was about to walk out and drive 20 minutes out of my way to pick up my order that was probably going to be cold by the time i picked it up. that was until rube told me to not worry and she will spare me. she went out of her way to call the other location, let them know, and went ahead to make my order for me. usually, when this happens to me, the workers do not so kindly go out of there way to help me out. rightfully so it being my own mistake. but rube was so amazing and so nice that she decided to help me out , out of the kindness of her heart. i usually don’t leave good reviews on google because i am always so disappointed by some restaurants here in boca either due to people or food quality but carrot express not only has fresh food, they have workers that are a breathe of fresh air.

if you take anything away from this review, let it be that whenever you decide to order food from this carrot express, never disrespect rube. she is a queen that will do nice things for people...

OH my gosh why did we wait so long to try Carrot Express!

Stopped in for late lunch. The place had a very inviting/calming feeling. Lots of white spaces with green plants and soft woods tones. Really very nice for essentially fast food place....but so much more.

They have a wide selection of breakfast, lunch, smoothies, cakes/cookies.

As we looked over the menu it was clear this place was not typical in the selection of choices. It just felt like high quality and we haven't even eaten anything :-)

We tried the Greek salad with Chicken. This was classic and simple and full of flavor. The chicken was grilled to perfection and in the middle of the plate was a large triangle piece of good quality feta. This salad was amazing!

The Liv was also incredible tasty. Warn wrap with chicken, avocado, quinoa, kale, jack cheese and this incredible basil pesto, YUM.

Finally, we got the Poke wrap with ahi. This was for our daughter and she said it was AMAZING. It certainly looked amazing.

Funny thing, we loved it so much.....we went back the next day to grab another wrap. The Legal is their most popular wrap and I understand why, it's simply delicious. Warm wheat tortilla with chicken, brown rice, black bean, chipotle sauce, jack cheese and Pico de Gallo. This is a must try.

Beyond upset. Thought I found my place for a good salad. I order the same thing every time. Oriental crunch salad w chicken breast and an extra dressing of the peanut-lime vineagarette. First time I was given chicken salad (yuck). Second time I didn’t receive any chicken and the wrong extra dressing. Third time, today was no chicken breast, no usual dressing and I was given a cilantro lime dressing (who uses cilantro lime on an Oriental salad?!?!) There was also some type of falafel wrap that neither myself or my boss ordered. I couldn’t eat it. Nor did I want to. I wanted what I ordered. It’s bad enough I gotta pay $18 for this meal plus tip for delivery and any other delivery fees. This is what I get for putting faith into a business when in reality they could care less if the experience was pleasant or not, so long as they got their money. I’ve lost over $100 on orders to this place. I’m so disappointed. I’m done. I can only give so many chances and this isn’t difficult either. I’ll never get my money back and as good as the food is, it’s very rare I actually get the correct order. I’d have given no stars if it was possible. This just ruined...
