First off it is important to note that I am a partner at another store so that my bias my opinion slightly. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by every member of the team working today (this is fairly rare). They all asked how I was doing and offered their assistance if I had any questions. Keep in mind they do not know I am a partner at this point, so they are treating me like they would any random customer. I thanked them and ordered my usual- A Blonde Iced Grande Cold Foam Cappuccino (I can never get the order of the words right, I'm sure the official title is different). This is a drink that is consistently made wrong no matter where I go (It is a fairly new drink though so I completely understand). It was not until I paid for my drink that they realized I was a partner, and we discussed my location briefly and what brought me to this location. After waiting only a few moments, my drink was called out and it was made PERFECTLY. There was a beautiful, thick layer of foam, followed by 2 smooth blonde shots. It was an amazing drink. As I was working on my laptop, a partner informed me that there was a coffee tasting and I was welcomed to join them. I agreed, and they had prepared an Iced Verona Pour-Over paired with a Pumpkin Scone. Oh my goodness it was delicious! Read moreReally disappointed. I worked for Starbucks back in 2020. I came here with my three year old for my birthday to redeem my reward to get just a sandwich to split with her and a cake pop. I had to make a new account last year because I got gift cards. I put my birthday in and came in to get our treat and when I was at the counter the girl asked for help and the other guy or it I don’t know how they identify as now a days, they said with a matter-of-factly attitude, I’m not allowed because I made my account under a year ago and I know that if I showed my ID they were supposed to take it off.
