Wendy's — Restaurant in Boca Raton

When it comes to having fun, I guess they're good at that. 5, maybe 6 employees huddled by the fryers station cracking jokes and laughing so hard. Meanwhile 3 guest patiently waiting to order. 2 other guest asking to have their orders done correctly as ordered. One guy came up twice at they made his order wrong 3 tries a charm. Then "wana order?" Im sorry I'm interrupting your comedy show(I thought to myself) . "What you want?" One large chillie with cheese..... "ah hold on" just walked away. Then return "so what you want?" Again large chillie with cheese and a med fries" again "hold on". 3rd time "go with your order". Geez what happened to customer service?

I then pay & proceed to get my plastic ware & napkins only to find area empty and that counter a mess. I polity asked may I have the following.... only to be ignored. Another guest walked up and asked for napkins they hand him one. When he asked for several, they gave him attitude.

Meanwhile, another guest approached to say his sandwich was wrong Snatched out of his hand. I then watch them make my chilli in a small cup and add onions. I said I'm sorry it's large with cheese. The employe proceeds by slamming cups and proceeded pouring it so sloppy it was given to me dripped all over. I asked for my fries and plastic ware when I was told to look behind me. Sorry but there isn't any out there. Again attitudes.

It's a shame, seems as if no one cares & there isn't any management oversight either.

Then I go to find a seat and dirty tables and run down cushions. It's definitely not a friendly atmosphere....

I had a very bad experience at this specific location 865 North Federal Highway at 1:18 in the afternoon the manager Casey that has dreads she is so rude. The guy that they have taking the orders not taking efficient orders. I asked for a kids meals, nugget meal and he tried to give me a cheeseburger. I go to the window doing partial payment And Casey the manager talking about the mail is $5.35 even though I handed her two dollar bill I know I have to pay three dollars and 49cent why did she Wave the two dollars in the air like I’m gonna short Wendy’s it’s only five bucks she saying that to be funny or something I just moved to this location from Jupiter, the experience was very unpleasant horrible when I say horrible I wouldn’t even bring Joe Biden here Jupiter would never try me like this with the customer service the accuracy of an order being taken also having fresh food I’m so disappointed they need white/Hispanic Managers and staff because what they’re having right now it’s not working for them. The Haitian/Jamaican community right now for this store is not working for them. Just pitiful also disappointed for the regional and district manager that support these types of things at...

I walked into their restaurant this evening to get a large soda and was disappointed that the employee grabbed the cup in such a fashion that two of her fingers where inside the cup. Why in the world would you grasp a cup in that fashion? I don’t know what their training procedures are but this in my opinion is totally unacceptable.

I’m the nice guy who didn’t complain, I filled my cup with a soda and emptied it as I drove away. Didn’t want to make a scene and was just disgusted.

This definitely proved to me that either people are just plain ignorant of basic sanitary rules or it was a deliberate act.
