Subculture Coffee is a hidden gem in Boca Raton. The coffee shop is located in the heart of Mizner Park, and it has a trendy, artsy atmosphere. The walls are decorated with local artwork, and there is a warm and inviting vibe throughout the space.
I love going to Subculture Coffee for breakfast on beach days. The coffee is delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I especially love the avocado toast and the breakfast burrito.

I recently visited Subculture Coffee Mizner at 437 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States, looking forward to enjoying a cold brew. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member who took my order (a male) displayed one of the most peculiar behaviors I've encountered, avoiding eye contact and mumbling incoherently when my card initially failed to tap, instructing me to insert it without any clear communication. After processing my order, he left my cold brew behind the tip box, making it nearly impossible for me to notice. It was only after a while, when I inquired if the unnoticed cold brew was mine, did he confirm with a bizarre expression. Retrieving my coffee required me to move the tip box myself, during which he made no effort to assist, seemingly taking pleasure in the awkward situation he orchestrated.
As a coffee enthusiast and a fan of Mizner Park, I was hoping to find a new favorite spot in Subculture Coffee. However, this absurd level of customer service has deterred me from ever returning. It's disheartening to see such a significant investment in location being matched with incredibly poor customer service. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve....

They offer pastries which are tasty and fresh. Indoor seating for about 25. And outdoor patio tables and chairs and sofas for about the same. Youāll be pleasantly surprised. Check them out.
I have one observation/concern: the last two vista, around 3 pm, every table on the I side was occupied by one person with a laptop. Sometimes two laptops. And a phone, or two. No one was loud and everyone was using headphones. But I and others could not sit down. I guess if I had work to do and wanted a coffee or latte and a cool place to sit indoors, I would opt for Subculture. But Iām not that person. Iām an older guy and would have ordered a pastry with my ādopioā, but didnāt. No....
