So I’ve been wanting to try this place out for awhile, really glad I did but don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. Don’t get me wrong the popsicles were delicious but the service was not amazing, the girl working didn’t seem like she wanted to be working here, maybe she was having a bad day but the store was not busy by any means (it was 5pm so if there’s usually a rush it hadn’t started yet). I chose the passion fruit and it came with a slice of brownie but I thought it was like a brownie chunk which I was excited for but it was only a sliver, I didn’t have my pop dipped in chocolate bc I thought there was a big piece of brownie in it so I was definitely left wanting more. The strawberry pavlova was good I was really jealous I didn’t choose that one instead 😂. But yeah not horrible but not great and for the prize your paying for a popsicle you want great service, especially when you expect great service when your at mizner park, that’s the only reason I drive 30 mins from where I live to go out and eat there. Either way I’ll probably give it another try one day..not soon...
Read moreBeing able to go into a dessert shop and have gluten free options listed is truly something that those with a wheat allergy/celiac disease/NCGS/gluten intolerance cherish. As someone who is severely affected when consuming gluten, I appreciate the allergy card in front of each popsicle that’s clearly marked if it’s gluten free. I had a mini fudge popsicle marked GF and felt great after eating. However, I will mention that many popsicles in their main case that’s labeled gluten free are next to clear gluten containing ones such as with cookies which risks cross contact and is not celiac or allergen safe. The employee was very nice and got me a fresh popsicle from the back which I greatly appreciate. However, there was a lack of allergen safe knowledge. I would suggest this popsicle shop, just make sure if you’re affected by gluten to ask for a fresh one...
Read moreToday, I had an amazing experience at Cielito Artisan Pops. So many popsicles to choose from and Mizner is a beautiful location. I came with my family, we are Brazilian. Once our server Nicole heard us speaking Portuguese, she was so kind to speak with us in our native language. Talked about the different varieties and sections of popsicles there are. She also decorated the popsicle very beautiful and was very kind. I was very happy with the staff and welcoming feel of the store and its workers. I personally got the Pavlova a strawberry ice cream that Nicole recommended. It was very different and splendid. I will definitely be coming back and bring more people when I...
