Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Boerne

I was just there tonight, pp and this isn't about me. But what I witnessed was pretty ugly. This young lady came in and said that their soda had lost its flavor and asked for a fresh one. A young lady at the front desk walked away and she was waiting for a while so someone else ended up coming up front and asking if they could help her and she asked for the soda and said she'd been waiting and asked for the general manager's name. Somebody else from the back came up front and she asked if he was the general manager and he said no and asked her to leave. I thought it was really inappropriate. I didn't hear all of it but the young lady who was upset and asking for her soda wasn't causing a scene or anything. She looked a little disheveled, like a worker or something, but there was no reason to be so rude to her. She had clearly paid for her soda and just wanted a fresh one. They were very rude and ugly to her, like she was nothing. They never gave her the general manager's name and I thought it was very...

I just went thru the drive thru. An ordered a 6 piece tender basket and a blizzard. Almost 20 dollars for the meal. They made my blizzard first. An then I had to wait about 15 minutes for the rest of my food. An mind u they had one person inside getting an ice cream cone. An atleast 5 employees. An I get my food the fries are cold An soggy. My blizzard was already half melted by then. An the toast was half burnt An it was supposed to be 6 tenders. An it looked like they had split some in half they were so small. An the gravy u could tell had been sitting around bc it looked gelanatious. So more than half the meal was inedible. I heard this location wasent very good lately but I figured since they weren't busy id give it a try. That was a mistake. Slow or busy they have gone downhill. They should just close down to make room for a restaurant that has better standards or atleast bring in a manager from another location to fix this place. Aslyn & Lyra Pfziffer are PHENOMENALLY AMAZING!! I went there tonight with an order for 10 people. Aslyn rocked it she was running that place with 1 cook in the back her and 2 other employees. There was a older man there who was the manager he just stood at the drive through window register coughing and even hacking to the point he opened the drive through window and spit a lougee out it. Luckily he didn't touch any of the food that was being prepared while I there. Aslyn was beautifully delegating. Her and Lyra had everything all labeled and ready to go. Not a single order was messed up and I was in and out in about 10mins. Those two deserve a raise and whoever the closing manager was that tonight 12/5/2022 he needs to retake the food handlers class or be let go because the amount of coughing he was doing at the drive through registered on top of spitting out the drive through was disgusting and...
