Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Boerne

This was our first time at a Schlotzsky's. The menu is fairly simple and easy to read. The interior of this specific location was really neat. I asked the cashier what her favorite item on the menu was and she gave a few and explained why. I liked that. I ordered the Small Deluxe Original as a meal which comes with a drink and choice of their own brand chips. It was delicious but a tad bit skimped on the meat. My husband ordered the Medium Avocado Turkey meal. He said it was sorta flavorless and also not enough meat. My daughter ordered the grilled cheese kids meal which came with a fruit cup and apple juice and she surprisingly said that the grilled cheese tasted "weird" and she is definitely not a picky eater. Not sure about that. Schlotzsky's chips, jalapeno and original were very tasty. We would probably go back sometime on the future. It is a bit pricey on my opinion for a sandwich, chips and a drink but that's the norm these days...

I do not even want to give 1 star but can’t otherwise write a review. We are regular customers of Schlotsky’s and love their food but today was a total disappointment. Drive through service was horrible as the guy / boy on duty does not talk or acknowledge you at all. We always check our orders before leaving… the pizzas looked as if the box was dropped and the toppings (chicken) was ice cold. We went back, the boy took the pizzas and disappeared without giving us a chance to ask our money back as we did not have time to wait any longer. I had to go into the store and he wanted my receipt which we did not receive, I even went back to the car and check. The amount reversed did not match our order and my husband had to go back where we were he was totally ignored. We ended up contacting the bank to stop the transaction. Not once did anyone even apologise for the lack of service or poor quality...

I had a horrible experience working for Schlotzskys,after working for several years I was promoted to assistant manager after three months of being an assistant manager I had an unexpected family emergency so my wife had to give birth on a unexpected day therefore I was force to take time off to be there for my wife but that was impossible because my GM told me I had to work regardless when I was counting on paid time off my GM told me I didn’t have any PTO talked to my District manager he said I would see it soon turnt out I was only going to get paid for 2 days after years of hard work and dedication to this company I am still waiting for my 2 days of PTO .Its upsetting to see how ungrateful and irresponsible this company ,location and...
